Single-ingredient testosterone boosters have gained a lot of popularity lately, mostly because of their convenience and simplicity.
One of these products is TribX 90 by AllMax Nutrition, and it just happens that we have one in our hands.
We’ve personally tested this product, looking through its side effects, benefits, and dosage directions to determine whether it’s worth your time and money.
Honestly, we were very surprised with what we saw – mainly the ingredients part.

Pros and Cons of TribX 90
Claimed benefits of AllMax Nutrition’s TribX 90;
- Supports Muscle Building Process
- Increases Lean Body Mass
- Ramps up the Metabolism
Will it be able to deliver these effects to you? We’re not so sure!
First off, there’s only one ingredient in the product, and it’s an ineffective one at that – but we’ll get to this later.
For now, let’s take a look at the dosage of TribX 90.
Dosage | How To Use
The dosage instructions label of TribX 90 simply reads that you should take 1-2 capsules daily
They don’t specify whether you should take both capsules at once or separately (if you’re taking 2 caps daily), so we’re going to presume you can take it in whatever way you want.
As always, it’s best to spread your dosages throughout the day, so the effects can last longer. We’d suggest taking 1 capsule in the morning, and one in the late afternoon or evening for optimal effects.
Ideally, you’d want 3-4 daily servings for best results on your testosterone levels. Only 2 tablets per day aren’t the best option, but it’s better than just 1 serving, which is what most T-boosters sadly offer.
There’s so much wrong with TribX 90 I don’t know where to start.
Let’s start with probably the most defeating fact about this product, which is that it contains only 1 ingredient.
If you want a real testosterone booster, you’ll need multiple ingredients that work together to produce benefits on your testosterone.
There isn’t a single natural or legal nutrient out there that can boost your testosterone alone. You need at least a combination of 3-4 solid ingredients, such as D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc, Vitamin D3, and Fenugreek Extract. On top of that, all of the ingredients have to come in the right dosages for them to work.
So as you can see, it’s not as simple as just putting one “magical” ingredient and calling it a testosterone booster. If it’d work like that, every testosterone booster would produce results – but it doesn’t.
Does Tribulus Terrestris Work
Here comes the worst part about TribX90:
The only ingredient that’s in the product is Tribulus Terrestris. It’s become a common knowledge that this ingredient doesn’t work at boosting testosterone. Not only that, but it’s also shown to cause problems to your prostate, making it grow in size and weight.
Despite this, many supplement companies stubbornly use this ingredient in their testosterone boosters. Which is outrageous.
The only positive thing about Tribulus, is that it’s shown to promote libido and sex drive. But you want to ask yourself, is it worth the risk it brings? We think not!
What Others Say
“I purchased this product because I was told by my doctor that I had low testosterone. I had hoped to increase my levels and give me back some of my youthful vigor in sports and weightless. It just so happened that I had blood work scheduled a month after I started taking this product. Guess what? The low testosterone is still there…and actually had decreased a bit. Don’t waste your money. I will talk to my doctor about other ways to increase my testosterone…” – Armyeric (Amazon Customer)
“My husband has used it for years and loves it. It helps him lose weight, gives him extra energy, and gives him stamina that he needs for his workouts.” – M. Perez (Amazon Customer)
“I have been using this product for months now. I did notice an increase in sex drive and performance at the gym so I can’t say for sure if it was the product or not, but take it for what it’s worth.” – bassoutwest (Amazon Customer)
Luckily, only a few people reported minor side effects from taking TribX 90.
Most of these were only minor headaches, stomach discomforts, and slight insomnia.
However, we’d still suggest being cautious when taking Tribulus Terrestris. It can be extremely aggressive to your prostate, making it enlarged and even inflamed.
In any case, make sure to talk with your doctor before ingesting this nutrient!
Conclusion to TribX 90
So what can we conclude about TribX 90? Firstly and most importantly, it doesn’t have enough firepower to increase your testosterone.
No matter how good it is, one ingredient alone can’t give you the benefits that this product claims. What’s worse, TribX 90 uses Tribulus Terrestris, which isn’t only ineffective, but also potentially dangerous for your prostate.
As a result, Tribx90 is a product you’ll likely want to avoid – unless you want a trip to a urologist for a prostate exam, that is!
