- Melatonin, Magnesium, and B6 can help you relax, and get a better quality sleep
- Only 5 active ingredients, out of which only one (zinc) may help with testosterone
- Low dose of Vitamin D3 – 200 IU is not enough to help you with testosterone or sleep
- Oral melatonin supplementation can make you feel too tired and groggy the next morning, and it may have little to no effect on improving your sleep quality. Still, this varies from person to person.
- Magnesium Stearate is a chemical filler which can lessen the quality and absorption of other ingredients.

So how premium, or better said, effective is RSP Nutrition Z-Elite? According to the manufacturers, it should give you the following benefits;

From what I’ve seen online, there are tons of user reviews of this supplement; with lots of conflicting opinions. But you can’t tell how good a product is just by looking at user reviews.

As for the packaging, RSP Nutrition Z-Elite comes in bottles of 180 capsules for a price of 17ish dollars. With a daily serving of 3 capsules, this means the product will last you 2 months. I have to say, this is really good for a price of 17 dollars!
But as we all know… cheap products could also mean cheap and low-quality ingredients. So let’s take a look at what RSP Nutrition Z-Elite contains, and see whether that’s the case with this supplement!
RSP Nutrition Z-Elite ingredients
At a first glance, I saw no proprietary blends in RSP Nutrition Z-Elite, which is great. All of the ingredients and their respective dosages are shown, which helps you know what you put into your body.
There are also no artificial or cheap ingredients in RSP Nutrition Z-Elite, which is always a plus – especially when taking its low price in consideration.
Unfortunately, this is where the positive sides to this product end. RSP Nutrition Z-Elite only has five active ingredients, out of which only one may significantly affect testosterone. For a sleep aid, this could be enough, but definitely not for a quality testosterone booster!
Also, its low dose of 200IU (international units) of vitamin D3 makes this ingredient virtually useless. Such a low dose is unlikely to have any impact on your body.
As for the other ingredients, aka, fillers, RSP Nutrition Z-Elite contains; Gelatin, Silicon Dioxide, and Magnesium Stearate.
Magnesium Stearate is a popular chemical filler used in many sports and nutrition supplements. However, the problem is that it can hinder the absorption of the other ingredients. In other words, it may reduce the overall efficacy of the supplement.

Zinc (Zinc Aspartate and Monomethionine) – A mineral important for enzyme and hormone function in the body, including testosterone. It’s also a powerful antioxidant and immune booster. RSP Nutrition Z-Elite has 35 milligrams of Zinc Aspartate and Monomethionine, which is an effective dose.
Magnesium (Magnesium Aspartate) – Magnesium is another mineral which regulates many functions in the body, such as muscle, heart, and nerve function. For that reason, it can be really beneficial for helping you relax, and get a deeper sleep.
Vitamin B6 – This vitamin works synergistically with magnesium and zinc, as it promotes their absorption within the body. It also promotes androgen production, which is a precursor to testosterone. Comes with a healthy dose of 12 milligrams.
Vitamin D3 – This would be a game-changer among RSP Nutrition Z-Elite ingredients, only if it came in a bigger dose. 200 International Units is simply not enough to help you raise testosterone, or aid your sleep in any significant way or form. Really, really frustrating to see the potential of this ingredient be wasted in such a way. However, for a testosterone booster, RSP Nutrition Z-Elite lacks more quality ingredients. Zinc on its own is not enough, maybe higher amounts of vitamin D3 would help. I feel this product would be much better for sleep and testosterone if they put a few more ingredients like D-Aspartic Acid, Ginseng, or Oyster extract. These are all good ingredients which are proven to help boost testosterone levels.
