Dosage | How To Use TestoRx
It’s suggest to take 2 capsules (which is one serving) once per day. However, we always recommend starting with one capsule, as you never know how you’ll react to the ingredients.
Our advice is to take it with food and water as a basic rule. Like most supplements, this is the ideal way to take them.
Don’t forget to always consult your doctor. Do this if you’re unsure about any underlying health conditions you may have, before starting a new supplement program.
It’s clear to see the makers of TestoRx have done their research with some of the ingredients.
This testosterone booster contains zinc, and magnesium. There’s two ingredients help improve overall testosterone levels.
However, one thing that’s missing is vitamin D. This is ingredient is one of the most important factors when increasing your testosterone levels naturally, and they haven’t added it in.
Also, the rest of the ingredient profile is made up of a proprietary blend of ingredients. While this might sound like a good thing initially, it’s not! Let me explain:
[dropshadowbox align=”none” effect=”raised” width=”auto” height=”px” background_color=”#ffaaaa” border_width=”1″ border_color=”#dddddd” ]Proprietary bends (like the one inside TestoRx) are undisclosed amounts of ingredients mixed together, without you knowing how much of one ingredient is actually contained inside each serving .[/dropshadowbox]
Zinc – This mineral is important for cell growth and repair, including the production of testosterone in men. Without this ingredients, you could suffer from low energy levels, hair loss, skin rashes etc.
Magnesium – Almost as important as zinc, magnesium has been shown to help the cells in the body relax. When mixed with zinc, it helps to increase testosterone production further.
B-6 – All vitamins are important for your overall health and well being, but B vitamins are some of the most important when it comes to regulating hormones. They help to improve the absorption of food, increase the production of the right kind of hormones, and improve the metabolism for improved weight loss.
Copper – Not much information has been linked to copper and the increase of testosterone levels. This is still an ingredients that many supplement companies use, but has no benefit for the purpose of our aim – to stimulate testosterone production!
Androgenic-Anabolic Testosterone Complex:
Tribulus – This ancient herb has been used for centuries to increase libido and sex drive (not testosterone – there’s a difference). While it has been successful, it does come with a ‘risk warning’ attached. And that’s the fact that it can aggravate the prostate, making it enlarged.
Fenugreek Extract – Another remedy that’s been used for many years is the use of Fenugreek Extract. It acts as a diuretic, helping to flush excess water away, and a slight libido enhancer, but only slightly – it’s not going to increase your levels of free testosterone in the body.
Tongkat Ali Extract – No studies link Tongkat to increase testosterone levels. One thing that Tongkat does do is to reduce the amount of estrogen you have in the body, which isn’t all bad.
[dropshadowbox align=”none” effect=”raised” width=”auto” height=”px” background_color=”#ffee8e” border_width=”1″ border_color=”#dddddd” ]TestoRX is a good libido enhancer to help improve your sex drive, but not so much as a testosterone booster. It lacks ingredients that will improve your levels of ‘free testosterone’ in the body.[/dropshadowbox]
Velvet Bean Extract – This will increase your dopamine levels, and it’s also used to treat Parkinson’s Disease, but there is no linked to the increase in testosterone when supplementing with this ingredient.
Muira Puama Extract – This little-known ingredient is most commonly used in Brazil to increase energy levels and as a cognitive booster. But, there are no links to it increases testosterone levels.
Damiana Extract – You will feel an increase in sex drive when using large amounts of this ingredients as it acts an aphrodisiac. It works in a very similar way to Tribulus, but will it improve your free-flowing testosterone levels? No, it will not.
Epimedium – Also known as Horny Goat Weed, this ingredient will help you feel a lift in sex drive and libido. But again, like most of the ingredients inside of TestoRX, it will not improve the stimulation of testosterone production.
DHEA – We all have a DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) in our body’s, but mostly we feel the full effects when we’re in our 20’s. It is one of the elements that improve sex drive, energy levels, improving mood and memory etc.
However, even though this naturally occurs in our body’s, and it’s shown to be beneficial for our health and testosterone production – very little is known about the supplementation of external forms of DHEA, which leaves a lot of unanswered questions.
TestoRx Side effects
There could be a number of side effects associated with this supplement, due to the fact that it contains a proprietary blend of ingredients, and more so, many ingredients that are exotic to most people.
It’s safe to say that most of us will feel great after supplementing with zinc, magnesium and B vitamins. But, will we feel so good after ingesting large amounts of libido enhancers? Possibly not!
A word of caution should be associated with TestoRX – if you are going to use it, start in smaller doses until you know it’s okay for you personally.
Known Side Effects:
Fenugreek Extract – produces bad smelling urine and breath. If you’re thinking of going on a hot date, or you respect your partner – maybe you’ll want to avoid Fenugreek Extract as it makes you smell quite bad. (Other side effects liked to the ingredients you’ll find listed below):
- Upset stomach
- Dry mouth
What Others Say About TestoRx
This stuff is too strong and it screams, “Un. . . NATURAL.” If you want to kill yourself. . go for it! It is no different taking this or taking roids. BOTH will kill you! – NightHawk (Amazon Customer)
After hearing about this product from a friend I had my suspicions, and they were all confirmed. Product is nothing more than ZMA with Cayenne. Do yourself a favor and get some ZMA for 12.99 instead of wasting money on this.
I have noticed no results from the product, and at this point my friend has been using it for 2 months and he hasn’t seen any notable changes. From what I understand this product has the right ingredients, but lacks the proper dosage. I can’t recommend the product. – Jon T (Amazon Customer)
Your product has not done any thing for me yet. does it work for diabetics ? IF NOT TELL ME SO THAT I CAN QUIT WASTING MY TIME…… – bobby (Amazon Customer)
Conclusion | TestoRx Review
TestoRx is a really interesting testosterone booster as it contains many exotic ingredients that most propel will never have heard of before.
Its main aim is to increase your libido, while slightly improving your testosterone levels at the same time.
Is it the best we’ve seen? No, it’s not. But is it one of the most interesting Yes, it certainly is due to the complexity of the ingredient profile.
The Sum It Up:
- It contains a proprietary blend – not good as it contains an undisclosed amount of ingredients.
- Contains multiple libido boosters – good for sex drive, but not so good for ‘actual’ testosterone improvement.
