Is D-AA safe to take long-term?
There are currently no long-term studies that have been done on D-Aspartic Acid. As a result, it’s advised to supplement this product for 4-12 weeks, after which you should take a break.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that D-Aspartic Acid is dangerous per se, we just don’t know what happens when you take dosages over 3,000 of D-AA a day in the long run. Usually, D-AA is a harmless ingredient and works great, but when you take them in high dosages that Genomyx uses, it could become a risk.
That’s why the best testosterone boosters use safe and effective dosages of D-Aspartic Acid, between 2,000-2,500mg of D-AA. Studies have shown that this is the perfect dosage for long-term supplementation and results. Meaning, you can take it as long as you want and you’ll be perfectly fine.
