Testrol Gold ES Review | Side Effects | Dosage | Benefits |

Here we bring you an in-depth review of Testrol Gold ES by GAT. We’ll go through its benefits, ingredients, dosage, along with potential side effects.

It comes in a shiny bottle featuring Sadik Hadzikovic covered in gold paint. While it looks impressive, we’re more interested in how this product will work.

Testrol Gold ES’ producers, GAT Sport, claim their product will give you:

  • Higher sex drive
  • Improved Endurance Levels
  • Increased Testosterone
  • Higher Strength output

These claims sound promising – let’s take a look under the hood to see if this is actually true!

Pros and Cons of Gat Testrol Gold ES

Testrol Gold ES contains a host of ingredients beneficial for erections. But for bosting low testosterone, it’s not your best bet.

It also comes with only 1 daily serving – something that we can’t overlook. This simply isn’t enough to give you serious long-term results.

Lastly, it contains ingredients like Tribulus Terrestris, which are shown to cause adverse side effects in men. Such as prostate enlargement and difficulty urinating.

  • Stronger Erections
  • Supports healthy libido
  • Easy to take

  • Shilajit Extract and Tribulus Terrestris cause negative side effects
  • Most of the ingredients don’t have any benefit on boosting testosterone
  • Just 1 daily serving, not enough to affect T-levels

As we’ve already said, Testrol Gold ES by GAT Sport is a testosterone booster. Its primary function is to elevate your free testosterone levels, alongside promoting healthy libido and increasing your energy.

Or in the words of GAT Sport; “Scientifically Dosed Formula Designed To Naturally Support Male Performance, Endurance, And Strength.”

But to see if these claims are actually true, we need to look at its usage and ingredients first. Only then we’ll know if Testrol Gold ES is as good as it looks on the outside.

Dosage | How To Use

Testrol Gold ES is really simple to use. You should take 2 tables daily on an empty stomach for 8 weeks. After these 8 weeks, you should take 2 weeks off.

Well, let me say right away that we weren’t happy when we saw that Testrol Gold ES only has 1 daily serving. No matter how good the ingredients are, 1 serving per day is just not enough to sustain elevated testosterone levels.

Best T-boosters on the market have at least 3 servings, and there’s a good reason for that. The more servings a product has, the longer your testosterone will stay elevated.

So, will Testrol Gold ES work for you? Well, even though it only has 1 serving per day, it could still work to some extent if the ingredients are good. We’ll find that out soon.

As for the price of Testrol Gold ES, 1 bottle costs around $30. Since the product has 30 servings, that’s about $1 per serving – a pretty fair bargain.

Okay, now for the most important part. As you’ve seen, the dosage in Testrol Gold ES isn’t the most optimal, but with the right ingredients, it could still work.

And there’s plenty of them, too. Testrol Gold ES boasts a whopping 19 ingredients. Unfortunately, while at first glance this might look impressive, this also means that most of these ingredients are underdosed.

Let’s have a look;

DIM is a quite popular ingredient in some T-boosters. It’s shown to have anti-estrogenic effects, which means it can prevent testosterone from converting into female hormone, estrogen.

However, in too high doses, it can produce a countereffect – raising estrogen in your body, and reducing testosterone.

How high is too high? 150mg or more.

Since Testrol Gold ES contains 200mg of DIM, there’s a chance it will give you negative side effects.

Tribulus Terrestris

If you’re familiar with testosterone boosters, then you’ve probably already heard of Tribulus Terrestris. It’s a controversial ingredient, to say at least.

Some people swear by it, some say it doesn’t work. But what do studies say?

Well, research suggests that Tribulus is not only an ineffective ingredient, it’s also shown to cause prostate enlargement – a side effect you definitely want to avoid.

All in all, while Tribulus Terrestris is a popular ingredient in many T-boosters, it’s definitely not a safe one.

Avena Sativa

Avena Sativa is the fancy name for oats, meaning it’s nothing more than food. If you’re looking to burn fat, then this is the last thing you’d want to take – extra calories will only make your fat loss process harder.

We don’t understand why GAT Sport have put oats in a testosterone booster. It might give you some extra energy, due to being a carb source, but that’s about it.

L-Arginine is a good ingredient in a pre-workout supplement, but in a testosterone booster? Not so much.

It’s shown to raise your nitric oxide levels, which in turn might give you better pumps in the gym. But that’s about all you’ll get with this ingredient.

Mucuna Pruriens

Also known as ‘velvet bean’ due to its furry texture; this is the first ingredient so far, that’s shown to raise your test levels.

In fact, it can positively affect both your T and HGH levels – making it a great addition to Testrol Gold ES.

However, research shows that you need at least 300mg Mucuna Pruriens for it to work.

As Testrol Gold ES only contains 100mg, it’s not likely to do much here. Ultimately, this is a great example of why we don’t like products containing more than 10 nutrients.

Fenugreek Seed Extract

Okay, this is a great ingredient in Testrol Gold ES by GAT Sport. It’s shown to promote balanced and natural T-levels, along with increased libido.

Better yet, the studies have shown that Fenugreek Seed actually works.

Again, great job by GAT Sport here.

Shilajit Extract

Shilajit Extract is a mysterious ingredient; there isn’t much research on it out there.

One concerning thing about this ingredient, is that it has been banned in Canada due to having too high levels of heavy metals.

Combine this with the fact that there aren’t studies showing any benefits from Shilajit on testosterone whatsoever, and you got an unsafe, and ineffective ingredient in a testosterone booster.

Epimedium Extract

You might have heard of Epimedium Extract before, it’s also known as Horny Goat Weed.

While it’s good for improving erections, studies show it holds very little potential in boosting testosterone.

Gingko Biloba

Gingko is shown to improve cognition in elderly people. But as it doesn’t contain any T-boosting properties, we don’t see why GAT Sport have put it in Testrol Gold ES.

Eurycoma Longifolia Extract

Also known as Tongkat Ali, Eurycoma Longifolia is shown to improve erections.

When it comes to testosterone though, research suggests it doesn’t offer any benefits.

Saw Palmetto Beans

Found in the saw palmetto tree, Saw Palmetto Beans are shown to produce some effects in reducing the growth of prostate in men.

As we see it, it’s put in Testrol Gold to counteract the effects of Tribulus Terrestris, which is known for causing prostate enlargement.

However, they could’ve just avoided adding Tribulus Terrestris to the product in the first place.

Not the greatest choice of ingredients from GAT Sports here.

Damiana Leaf

Damiana Leaf, just like numerous other ingredients in Testrol Gold, is not actually supported by studies to work.

Some people say it helped them with libido, but that’s about as good as it gets.

Cnidium Monnieri

Cnidium Monnieri is yet another herb with the main purpose of improving erections.

As we see it, GAT Sport have put a lot of effort into creating a product that will make your erections stronger.

But when it comes to boosting low testosterone, this ingredient, just like most others in Testrol Gold ES, fails to deliver.

Side effects

It’s possible for Testrol Gold ES to cause side effects in users. Containing Tribulus Terrestris, Shilajit Extract, and high levels of DIM, it might cause;

  • Enlarged Prostate
  • High Estrogen Levels
  • Headaches
  • Fatigue

What Others Say

Testrol Gold ES testosterone review

“I like GAT products and have been taking this product for the last two weeks. So far I don’t feel any effects positive or negative. Maybe it takes more time to kick in but I have not been impressed so far. I will update if anything changes.” – Jon T (Amazon Customer)

“It’s great and you’ll see gains working out in like a week. But read carefully and it contains chemicals that can cause birth defects and reproductive harm! Now that’s something that’s making back away from it. But if you don’t care go ahead!” – Carlos (Amazon Customer)

“I have used this product the past two months and am currently on the two weeks off cycle the manufacturer suggests. I give this 4 stars because the product has really really helped me in one area but has given me zero benefits in the other. Good: I have an extremely high metabolism and have always struggled to gain and keep weight. Normally when I’m not consuming 6,000+ calories and working out consistently I drop down to 175 pounds. These past two months I have not worked out but a handful of times and have not been eating more than a normal person but have kept my weight up at 185 pounds.
Bad: Has given me zero help with my lack of libido. To not get too personal… About 3 months ago my libido went from high to extremely low. I was hoping these would help but they have not. This doesn’t mean it won’t help you, it just didn’t help me.” – Reedesigned (Amazon Customer)

While Testrol Gold ES looks shiny and golden on the inside, when you look under the hood, you realize this product isn’t good enough to compete with the best testosterone boosters on the market.

It does contain some decent ingredients that might improve your erections, but that’s about it.

However, the problem with this product lies in its dangerous ingredients. Tribulus Terrestris, Shilajit Extract, and high doses of DIM have all been shown to cause negative side effects – from prostate enlargement to increased estrogen and ‘man boobs.’

For this reason, make sure to do your research and choose the best product for your goals. For suggestions, see our articles below.
