It contains a huge ingredient profile, but many of these ingredients come in low doses. There’s also a proprietary blend inside, which makes us question its effectiveness.
But, since it has so many ingredients, something in there has to work, right?

Pros and Cons of GAT Mens Multi+Test
GAT Mens Multi+Test comes with almost every ingredient known to man, but dosages of these ingredients are severely underdosed. Which defeats the whole point of this product.
Ultimately, it can give you some general health benefits, but it’s ineffective at raising low testosterone.

Dosage | How To Use
2 tablets, once per day is the way you take GAT Mens Multi+Test.
It’s a simple way to take a supplement, but is it the best? Well, that depends on what you’re looking for.
For a multivitamin, a once-per-day serving is a convenient and effective way of delivering all the nutrients. But for a testosterone booster, not so much.
While you can get away with just one serving of a multivitamin, a testosterone booster requires at least 3 or more servings to maintain your male hormone elevated.
It’s simple; the more servings a T-booster has, the longer its ingredients will stay in your system.
There are a lot of ingredients in GAT Mens Multi+Test, mainly vitamins and minerals.
While many of the ingredients in this product show their dosages, we also came across a proprietary blend.
This is never a good thing, as you don’t know the dose of the ingredients inside these blends.
It’s a shady policy by GAT Sport, they could’ve been more honest and transparent here!
Vitamins and Minerals
- Vitamin A – supports your immune system and vision.
- Vitamin C – a powerful natural antioxidant that has neuroprotective and cardiovascular benefits. It can indirectly affect testosterone by protecting your testes from oxidative damage.
- Vitamin D – Research suggests that supplementing over 3,334IU of Vitamin D3 daily promotes testosterone production. Unfortunately, GAT Mens Multi+Test contains only 200IU of D3 per serving. Meaning you won’t experience any benefits from it in this case.
- Vitamin E – Vitamin E deficiency is linked to low testosterone, so it’s always a good idea to include it in a supplement.
- Vitamin K – It helps your blood clot properly. It also tells your body to store calcium in your bones, instead of arteries.
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) – Helps convert carbohydrates into energy.
- Vitamin B3 (Niacin) – Improves cholesterol levels, which in turn helps with your cardiovascular health. However, just like any other B vitamin, it doesn’t have any effect unless you’re severely deficient in it. And since our foods are fortified with these vitamins, it’s highly unlikely you’re deficient in any B vitamin.
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – Plays a key role in red cell production.
- Vitamin B6 – Out of all the vitamins in GAT Mens Multi+Test, Vitamin B6 is the only one that directly affects testosterone. It stimulates androgen receptors, making your testes produce more of the male hormone. However, again, it doesn’t work for people who aren’t deficient in this B vitamin (only vegans and elderly are at risk of deficiency).
- Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) – It has a role in kidney functioning, as well as playing a part in the DNA and red blood cell formation.
- Vitamin B12 – Deficiency in Vitamin B12 can cause anemia, which then leads to low testosterone levels. But again, don’t get your hopes up with this one, as its only effective in vegans and elderly who could actually be deficient in it.
- Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) – Helps convert food, more specifically carbohydrates into glucose, which is the primary fuel your body uses.
- Biotin – Helps break down proteins, fat, and carbs. Could be a good thing for a fat burner, not so much for a testosterone booster.
- Calcium – People who train with heavy weights tend to have an increase in testosterone levels after their workouts. This increase is even greater when you supplement calcium every day. However, recent studies show there’s an increased risk of heart attack in people who supplement calcium.
- Copper – Ironically, people with high copper levels actually have low testosterone. It’s not a good ingredient choice for a testosterone booster, that’s for sure.
- Chromium – There are a few studies linking this ingredient to benefits such as muscle gain and fat loss. But these studies are inconclusive and unreliable. We need more evidence to prove its effects.
- Iodine – A key part of thyroid hormone which is important for many things, mainly enzyme and metabolic activities. However, our salt is fortified with sodium, so there’s no need to take it as a supplement – making it a useless ingredient in GAT Mens Multi+Test.
- Manganese – It helps with carbohydrate metabolism, but doesn’t have any benefits for testosterone.
- Potassium – Helps you relax at night, along with being important for other bodily functions. However, it’s not only ineffective at boosting testosterone – studies also link it to cardiac arrhythmia when supplemented in high doses on an empty stomach.
- Zinc – important for enzyme and hormone regulation, including testosterone. However, GAT Sport has included the worst form of zinc – oxide. This type of zinc not only has a poor bioavailability, but it also causes side effects such as diarrhea and nausea.
- Magnesium – Good for muscle and nerve relaxation, but since it comes in the form of oxide here, it can only give you a quick trip to the bathroom.
- Tribulus Terrestris – This is a popular ingredient choice in many testosterone boosters, but is it a good one? We think not! Basically, Tribulus isn’t just an ineffective ingredient, it also causes side effects such as prostate enlargement. So unless you want to go to your doctor for a prostate check-up, better stay away from Tribulus!
- Alpha Lipoic Acid – It has some acute anti-oxidative properties, helping protect the body from free-radicals.
- Inositol – A small molecule that resembles glucose, it helps with insulin resistance. A good addition in a fat burner, but a pointless one in a testosterone booster.
- Choline – Found in plenty amount in eggs, choline plays an important role in brain function.
- Boron – Helps reduce inflammation in your muscles after a workout.
- Lycopene – A red pigment naturally found in vegetables, helps prevent diabetes.
- Lutein – Important for eye health.
- Vanadium – Essential to humans, although we only need a small amount of it every day – 0,01 mg. Not really needed in the supplement, due to the fact that it can become toxic at higher doses.
We also have a proprietary blend in GAT Mens Multi+Test.
It contains citrus, grape seed extract, green tea leaf extract, cranberry fruit powder, papaya powder, wild yam powder, spirulina powder, carrot powder, and blueberry powder.
Unfortunately, that’s all we can see here. Their dosages are hidden, meaning you have no idea whether any of these ingredients will have any effect whatsoever.
Tribulus Terrestris is notorious for its negative side effects on the prostate.
Some men who supplement it are lucky and don’t experience any side effects whatsoever.
However, there are also men who suffer enlarged prostate which brings a whole host of other problems with it, including urinary tract problems.

We’ve had headaches from just looking at the sheer number of ingredients in GAT Mens Multi+Test, not to mention researching each one of them in detail.
We understand this isn’t just a testosterone booster, but a general health supplement. However, there are just too many ingredients inside. As a result, many of them come in too low doses.
The best example of this is vitamin D3, one of the only ingredients in GAT Mens Multi+Test that holds promise in boosting testosterone. It comes with 200IU per serving, which is a shamefully low dose.
It also contains copper, which can actually hinder testosterone production. Not to mention Tribulus Terrestris, which can make you go for a prostate check-up at your doctors. All in all, another disappointing show by GAT Sport.
