Irwin Naturals Testosterone Up Review | Side Effects | Dosage | Ingredients

Irwin Naturals might not be a well-known name in the supplement industry, but they have been putting in a lot of work to create a number of products, and one of them is Testosterone Up.

In this review, we’ll discuss some of the most frequently asked questions regarding testosterone Up. Such as, are there any side effects? What’s the correct dosage? What other customers are saying? Including the most important, the ingredients profile.

Let’s dive right in!

Pros and Cons of Testosterone Up

Here we have the pros and cons of Testosterone Up by Irwin Naturals. It contains a handful of positive ingredients that are linked to stimulating testosterone production, but just as many that have no use whatsoever when it comes to increasing the powerful hormone testosterone.

PROS:

  • Uses zinc – ideal for higher t-levels (the dosage might be too high for sensitive people)
  • Contains Asian Ginseng which has been used for centuries to help boost sex drive

CONS:

  • Contains Tribulus which could aggravate the prostate
  • May aggravate the stomach
  • Contains ingredients that are not linked to increasing testosterone

Dosage | How To Use

As there is no actual dosage advice given by the makers of testosterone Up, Irwin Naturals (slightly suspicious), we can only assume the dosage is once a day taking 3 capsules per time.

However, some customers report side effects such as a racing heart and anxiety after taking 3 capsules in one go. It’s suggested to spread out the dosage throughout the day to test your tolerance.

Testosterone Up  Ingredients

As you can see from the list of ingredients, testosterone Up contains very few ingredients that will boost your testosterone.

For starters, it only has a small amount of ginseng at 100mg. The optimal dosage for Ginseng is between 400-1,000mg as a T-enhancer. 200mg is the minimum effective dose. See more on Ginseng here; Ginseng’s Effects on Your T-Levels.

On the other hand, Irwin Naturals Testosterone Up contains a high dose of zinc – 30mg. While this is a tolerable dose for most people, some might experience nausea, cramps, vomitting, and severe stomach discomfort for hours. The optimal dosage for supplementing zinc is around 20mg daily.

It’s not all bad though!

If you are someone who’s concerned about your overall health, then good news. There’s been positive reports linked to nettle, and pumpkin seed oils for helping the blood flow. The better your blood flow, the more likely you are to have better testosterone production. See my in-depth article on stinging nettle here; How Stinging Nettle Boosts Your Testosterone.

[dropshadowbox align=”none” effect=”raised” width=”auto” height=”px” background_color=”#ffaaaa” border_width=”1″ border_color=”#dddddd” ]Warning, testosterone Up contains Tribulus. When Tribulus is taken for long periods of time, it can aggravate, and cause the swelling of your prostate – something you’ll want to avoid.[/dropshadowbox]

Ingredient Breakdown

ZincNo testosterone booster should be without this ingredients. It’s directly linked to stimulation testosterone levels, increasing energy production, and healing the body. It also helps you build muscle, too. [1, 2] Want to know more about zinc? Follow this link; Everything About Zinc and Testosterone.

Copper – This mineral has been shown to slow down bone loss, and improve the treatment of Alzheimer’s patients. However, it shows no signs of improving testosterone levels, making it useless as a T-boosting ingredient.

“While vital, it appears to be sufficient in the human diet and water supply with little evidence concerning its usefulness as a supplement.” Examine.com

MCT – Medium-chain triglycerides are a class of saturated fat composed of fatty acids containing 6-10 carbons. They are found primarily in coconut oil, palm kernel oil, and dairy fat, and they appear to benefit fat loss to a minor extent when consumed in place of other dietary fat. [3]

Pumpkin SeedThis healthy seed can help treat numerous illnesses, as it contains powerful fatty acids, which are vital for good health and vitality. However, there has been no direct link to the use of pumpkin seeds and increasing testosterone levels. [4]

Nettle – Stinging Nettle is not only a plant that causes stings and skin irritation, it’s also used for oral consumption. Even though it has been used to treat illnesses such as the common cold, it’s not your most potent T-enhancer. But it can help to reduce prostate size and swelling. [6]

Other Ingredients

Plant Sterols – Plant sterols will lower LDL Cholesterol, but they will not increase testosterone. Perhaps it will have the opposite effect, as even a little bit of cholesterol is vital for increasing testosterone levels. [5]

Tribulus – This adaptogen has been used widely around the world for centuries to treat men with low libido. While it does work, it’s advised to be very careful with the length of time you supplement with tribulus, as it could cause the enlargement of your prostate.

Ginseng – Asian ginseng will lift you up mentally, and physically. It will also help to raise your testosterone levels. It’s a no brainier when considering the use of ginseng, we highly recommend it. [7]

testofuel ingredients Asian-red-panax-ginseng

LJ100 – Longkag Ali may reduce the amount of estrogen flowing through your body, which could be good if you are a man that deals with large amounts of stress. But as a testosterone booster, there have been no studies to show it’s beneficial in this department. [8]

Chrysin – This is a compound that is originally found in propolis (extracted from bee hives). It can increase testosterone levels, but only when injected directly into the testicles, otherwise it’s difficult to absorb into the body.

Gamma – Gamma will lower your cholesterol, but it will not boost your testosterone levels.

BioPerine – AKA, black pepper is well known to help the absorption of other ingredients which makes it a good addition to any supplement containing multiple ingredients. Want to know more about Bioperine? See my Bioperine article here; Will Bioperine Raise Your Testosterone Levels? Find Out!

Testosterone Up Side Effects

Irwin Naturals Testosterone Up side effects – are there any?

While there haven’t been any serious side effects associated with testosterone Up, a word of caution should go in the direction of Tribulus – this ingredient could cause prostate issues in the future.

Unless you want a visit to your doctors where they examine your prostate, then be careful with the use of Tribulus.

Other people have also reported racing heat and anxiety issues, along with stomach pains.

People are reporting:

  • Headaches
  • Jitters
  • Nervousness
  • Stomach problems
  • Sleepiness

Can Low Cholesterol Cause Side Effects?

As I said, Irwin Naturals Testosterone Up contains an ingredient called Gamma. Gamma reduces cholesterol levels in your body.

This is not only detrimental to testosterone production, but can also cause other negative side effects. You need optimal cholesterol levels in order for your body to function as it should.

What Others Say (Amazon Customers)

This product is great! But I would like to offer some precautionary advise to other users. Please take your age into consideration when taking these. These pills will cause your heart rate to elevate. If you take three pills and you’re maybe 35, you’re probably taking too many pills.

Just take one. The only time you’d need to take three is during the more private moments of life. As you age, take more pills for hormonal balance but don’t exceed the maximum three pills recommended. – Kyle Hursh (Amazon Customer)

No, it doesn’t make you feel more manly, no it doesn’t magically make you stronger. It just gives me a stomachache and the feeling that I’m putting some synthetic/artificial chemical in my body that isn’t supposed to be taken that way….- Matthew (Amazon Customer)

testosterone up definitely improved my manhood and muscle definition, but I didn’t sleep for two to three days after making 3 daily pills routine (one in the morning, afternoon, and evening). I had to completely stop taking this stuff to sleep. I then tried taking just one in the morning. Still can’t sleep. Paul M. Morgan (Amazon Customer)

Conclusion | Testosterone Up

Testosterone Up is a confusing supplement. It contains ingredients that have been linked to increasing testosterone production such as ginseng, and zinc, but then on the other hand, it has ingredients that could possibly reduce testosterone levels. Such as Gamma, which reduces cholesterol.

Without enough cholesterol in our bodies, it will be impossible for testosterone levels to increase past their current amount. This is why it makes no sense as to why testosterone Up contains an ingredient that promotes the reduction of cholesterol.

It also contains Tribulus, which is notorious for causing prostate enlargement in some men. It now makes sense when we see people typing “Irwin Naturals Testosterone Up side effects.”

Overall, it’s an okay supplement for general health and energy, and possibly a small spike in sex drive via Tribulus, but will it improve the amount of free flowing testosterone you have over a long period? We think not!

Blue Star Status Testosterone Review | Ingredients | Side Effects

Suffering from low testosterone? Blue Star Status might help you out. It contains some interesting ingredients, such as ashwagandha, LongJack Extract, and zinc.

Some of these ingredients boost libido, and some lower cortisol. But there are only a few components in this product that are proven to directly boost testosterone.

So, can Blue Star Status be considered a legitimate T-enhancer? Or is it just a waste of your time and money?

Let’s find out by looking at its benefits, ingredients, and pros and cons.

Pros and Cons of Blue Star Status

Blue Start Status pros and cons – that’s always been a hot topic among T-boosters.

Let’s begin with the pros first, shall we?

For starters, this product contains Longjack. This ingredient helps you boost libido and sex drive. However, it doesn’t directly affect testosterone.

The other positive of Blue Star Status is that it contains ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb which helps your body acclimate to stress. [1, 2, 3]

Going deeper, it suppresses cortisol production in your body, which can indirectly help with your testosterone levels. This is because cortisol negatively affects testosterone; when one goes up, the other one drops down. Ashwagandha is also shown to boost fertility, too. [2]

However, there are also some downsides to Blue Star Status. The first one its insanely high price of $70 for only 30 servings. It better be a revolutionary product, because such a high price demands top quality.

Secondly, we have a proprietary blend in Blue Star Status. Proprietary blends are mixes of ingredients which only show their combined dosages. But don’t show you their individual doses.

Lastly, Blue Star Status contains a high dosage of DIM – 108mg. Although this ingredient helps reduce estrogen in doses lower than 50mg, it does the opposite in higher doses – increasing estrogen and reducing testosterone. This leads to ‘man boobs’ and an enlarged prostate in some men. [4]

PROS:

  • Longjack boosts libido in men
  • Ashwagandha helps combat stress and cortisol

CONS:

  • A high price that isn’t justified by results
  • Contains a proprietary blend
  • Uses a high dose of DIM which can cause estrogen problems in men

Dosage | How To Use

You’re instructed to take 3 capsules of Blue Star Status in the morning. It doesn’t matter if you take it with food or on an empty stomach.

With 30 servings per bottle and a crazy-high price of $70, Blue Star Status is obviously aiming at customers with deeper pockets here. But do the benefits justify its high price tag? We’ll soon find out!

You Might Also Like: A Detailed Guide To Testosterone

Benefits

For starters, Blue Star Status is a natural testosterone booster. Which means, its main goal is to elevate your male hormone, strength, and libido using safe and natural ingredients.

This is nothing new, every testosterone booster claims such benefits. So what exactly does make Blue Star Status stand out from the rest?

From what we’ve seen so far, the only thing that stands out is its high price, costing $70 per bottle. That’s not something that everyone can afford.

We’ll have to take a look at the ingredients to see if they justify such an investment.

Ingredients

ZMA Complex

Here we have a classic combination of Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6. It’s a great formula for improving sleep quality and covering some vitamin and mineral deficiencies, but don’t expect miracles in terms of boosting testosterone. [5]

Let’s have a look at each ingredient separately;

  • Vitamin B6 – important for countless functions in the body, primarily brain, nerve, and immune system functioning. It helps boost testosterone, but only if you’re deficient in it, which many people aren’t. [6]
  • Zinc – Regulates hormone health. If you’re deficient in it, supplementing can boost your testosterone. A study from 2016 that tested the effectiveness of zinc supplementation found that men who had hypogonadism (testosterone deficiency) benefited the most from zinc supplementation [7]. See my in-depth review on zinc here: Everything About Zinc and Testosterone.
  • Magnesium – An essential mineral linked to relaxation, improved sleep, and better muscle functioning. One study found that men who take magnesium regularly have higher T-levels. However, those who train and take Mg supplements on top of that, experience the biggest benefits [8]. If you want to know more about magnesium, see my detailed review here; Will Magnesium Enhance Your Testosterone? Find out!

Status Blend

Unlike other proprietary blends, Blue Star Status have decided to reveal the ingredients and dosages in this blend.

It’s a great policy by Blue Star Nutraceuticals, one that more supplement companies should follow!

But that’s as good as it gets with Status Blend. In terms of ingredients themselves, we were quite disappointed.

None of the ingredients in the blend have any direct impact on testosterone. They only have some minor impact on cognition and general health.

See for yourself:

  • Ashwagandha (KSM-66) – An adaptogenic herb, it helps your body combat stress, along with improving stamina and libido. We can see how it can affect testosterone, by reducing cortisol in your body. However, studies are lacking in terms of Ashwagandha’s direct effect on testosterone levels.
  • Longjack Extract – Studies show it to be a potent libido and virility enhancer. It’s also good for anyone who’s suffering from erectile dysfunction, as it’s shown to greatly reduce the symptoms.
  • 3,3′ – Diindolylmethane (DIM) – In lower dose ranges, it’s a good aromatase inhibitor, meaning it prevents your testosterone from converting to estrogen. However, in doses higher than 50mg, it produces a countereffect – causing you to produce more of a female hormone. Since Blue Star Status has a whopping 108mg of DIM, it will likely cause you more harm than good.
  • Trigonella Foenum (Fenugreek) – Improves sex drive and libido in some men. It can also increase estrogen in doses higher than 500mg. Blue Star Status contains only 100mg – not even close to the optimal dosage.

XD Delivery Technology (Proprietary Blend)

Just when we thought that Blue Star Status uses fair and honest policy with their ingredients, we came across their XD Delivery Technology Blend.

This one, unlike their Status Blend, doesn’t show the dosage of the ingredients. This means, you’re left guessing how much of each ingredient is inside this blend.

On top of this, none of the ingredients in the blend have any effect on libido or testosterone whatsoever. Instead, they’re put for general health benefits and to promote the bioavailability of the other ingredients in Blue Star Status.

What Others Say

Blue Star Status testosterone booster review

There are a lot of negative customer reviews about Blue Star Status – a lot more than we’d like to see. Many users report different Blue Star Status pros and cons.

See what they had to say:

“Hopefully I can save future purchasers some money… I workout and I saw no difference in my body, energy, concentration or anything else. Not the slightest difference and there are other products with better feedback that supposedly do the same as this was advertised to do. I was a little gullible to the advertising and disregarded the price as I hoped it would deliver the results. Disappointed purchaser.” – L. Smith (Amazon Customer)

“They seem to work well so far! Definitely notice a decrease in muscle recovery time. Only complaint – when I received the item, several capsules were busted, and the powder was all over the other pills. Now you taste the powder each time you take a pill.” – YEET (Amazon Customer)

“My first purchase felt okay I was energetic and noticed some improvement in my physique but my second supply smells different and after taking it I don’t feel its effect in my system not sure why.” – Paul G. (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects

One user reported suffering from kidney stones after taking Blue Star Status for a period of time. In the user’s own words;

“I can’t really rate this product, since I stopped using it…soon after I started using it for mental clarity, which it worked fine for, I started getting kidney stones that required a trip to the Emergency Room of the local hospital, where a scan showed two stones and a boatload of powder in my bladder. I stopped using the product, flushed out the stones and powder, waited a week and tried the product again, and within a couple of days, had stones and pain once again. this was the only change to my diet during those two weeks, so I am convinced this was the culprit, however the folks at Blue Star are only convinced that their product does not produce kidney stones…they were not even open to the possibility of it, but since I have stopped taking their product, I have not had any pain nor another kidney stone. Basically, their only response to my emails was that I purchased the wrong product for mental clarity. My response was that it was highly doubtful that I would use their products ever again.”

Other side effects linked to Blue Star Status;

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Upset Stomach

Conclusion

So, is Blue Star Status from Blue Star Nutraceuticals the product you need?

As always, you should ask yourself what your goals are. If you’re looking for cognitive and libido boost, then Blue Star Status might just be the product you need. Containing ashwagandha and LongJack extract, it will lower your cortisol and increase libido.

But if you’re looking to boost your testosterone, then Blue Star status might disappoint you. It only uses one ingredient that has a direct impact on testosterone, and that’s zinc. But it’s missing key ingredients like D-Aspartic Acid and Vitamin D3.

It also contains a high dose of DIM (108mg), which is shown to cause excess estrogen production in men. This, in turn, leads to an enlarged prostate, man boobs, and excess belly fat.

So to recap, here’s what you can expect from Blue Star Status;

  • Increased Libido
  • Lower Cortisol Levels
  • Side effects from a high dose of DIM (man boobs, prostate problems)
  • No direct benefits for testosterone

RSP Nutrition Prime-T Review | Side Effects | Ingredients & Dosage

This is an in-depth review of RSP Nutrition Prime-T side effects, dosage, benefits, and more.

Prime-T is a high-grade supplement which claims to support serum testosterone levels, lean muscle mass gains, and libido.

It’s an interesting supplement, to say the least. It contains high-quality, natural ingredients which have the potential to boost testosterone levels – but it comes in the form of low-quality tablets.

Let’s see if this will affect the products final result in boosting your testosterone. Ready?

Pros and cons of  RSP Prime-T

I think RSP Prime-T definitely deserves credit for some of its awesome ingredients. Such as boron, zinc, and D-Aspartic Acid.

But it also has some major downsides. First and foremost, this product offers only one serving per day.

Secondly, it’s made of cheap materials consisting of magnesium stearate and other chemicals.

Magnesium stearate is known for reducing the bioavailability of other ingredients, along with causing diarrhea and stomach pains. [1]

As a result, RSP Prime T side effects are now brought into question.

Find this article helpful? You might also like our Testosterone Guide

PROS:

  • Natural active ingredients
  • Boron, Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, and DIM seem to be effective compounds for regulating testosterone
  • Reasonable price (roughly $35 for a 30 days-worth of product)
  • Ingredients like Maca and Fenugreek Extract are great for increasing libido and sex drive

CONS:

  • Just one serving per day, not enough for a sustained testosterone boost throughout the day & night.
  • RSP Prime-T tablets are made of cheap and low-quality fillers like magnesium stearate, stearic acid, and titanium dioxide. Magnesium stearate can greatly decrease the bioavailability of other ingredients. It also causes side effects such as diarrhea and stomach cramps in some people.
  • Contains vitamins B12, B3, and folate, which aren’t useful for testosterone and muscle building unless you’re deficient in them. Deficiency in these nutrients is extremely rare.

Prime T Benefits

RSP Nutrition claims that RSP Prime-T will give you the following benefits;

  • Naturally Support Serum and Free Testosterone Levels
  • Helps Promote Healthy Estrogen Balance and Prostate Health
  • Facilitates Increases in Lean Muscle and Strength
  • Supports Healthy Sex Drive and Libido

This is what I like about RSP Prime-T; they don’t promise some outrageous benefits like many supplement companies do.

But can Prime-T deliver on its promises? Can it help you reach your fitness goals, safely and without any side effects? Let’s find out!

RSP Prime-T Dosage | How To Use

prime-t-rsp-testosterone-booster-review. side effects dosage ingredients how to use

With RSP Prime-T, you’ll be taking 4 tablets of the product each night before bedtime. The supplement bottle contains 120 capsules.  Meaning, it will last you 30 days.

Unfortunately, 1 daily serving is not enough for optimal benefits on testosterone.

Let me explain why…

When you take a serving of a T-booster, you’ll experience an increase in testosterone shortly after. This effect will last for a couple of hours, depending on your metabolism and other factors.

So, in order to maintain this effect, you need to continue taking more servings throughout the day. Ideally, you want to take 3-4 daily servings. One in the morning, one in the afternoon, one in the evening, and one before bed.

The last one, which you take before bed, will give you the most benefits, as it’s well known that growth hormone and other anabolic hormones spike when sleeping. See the study on sleep and growth hormone here: PubMed.com/Growth hormone secretion during sleep. [2]

Keep in mind though, that if you don’t maintain your anabolic hormones elevated throughout the day and night, you won’t experience lasting benefits. This is why high-quality testosterone enhancers use 3-4 daily servings.

RSP Prime-T ingredients

RSP Prime-T contains several awesome ingredients. Some of them are even scientifically backed up to support healthy testosterone levels and libido.

However, these great ingredients are also accompanied by low-quality additives that lessen the overall quality of RSP Prime-T.

One of the main components of RSP Prime-T tablets is magnesium stearate, a chemical compound which hinders the bioavailability of other ingredients.

In other words, magnesium stearate makes it harder for your body to absorb some of these awesome ingredients – decreasing their effectiveness.

Here’s an excerpt from a study which investigated magnesium stearate’s effects; “The properties of tablets, powder mixtures, and pharmaceutical drugs are significantly affected by their components, especially by lubricants such as magnesium stearate.”[3] To learn more about this study, see the link here; Effects of Magnesium Stearate on Tablet Properties.

Here are the active ingredients of RSP Prime-T;

Vitamin D

This is possibly the most powerful natural testosterone booster available. If you’re deficient in vitamin D, your T-levels are doomed to plummet down. RSP Prime-T offers a good dose of vitamin D3 – 3000 IU (International Units).

However, it would be even better if it was slightly higher dosed, since studies show that vitamin D works optimally at dosages over 3,332IU. [4]

Vitamin B3

This vitamin helps you with energy metabolism, making it a better ingredient for a pre-workout rather than a testosterone booster.

Folate

Helps with muscle recovery and growth, but only if you’re deficient in it (most people who eat a diet containing animal proteins aren’t).

Vitamin B12

Similar to folate, this vitamin can only help you build muscle if you’re deficient in it. Usually, the only demographics who could be deficient in this vitamin are older people and vegans.

Zinc

Comes in the citrate form, which is a good form of zinc. However, there are more bioavailable forms of zinc available, such as picolinate.

D-Aspartic Acid

This is the one ingredient I like. It’s a powerful testosterone regulator, and it can help you temporarily increase your testosterone levels. [7]

RSP Prime-T delivers 3200 mg of this ingredient, which is a very good amount. See my in-depth, scientifically based review of D-AA here; How D-Aspartic Improves Your Testosterone.

Fenugreek Extract

When used in conjunction with D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek extract can help support your testosterone levels.

It may also enhance your libido, and help with glucose metabolism. [5]

To find out more about Fenugreek, see my detailed article here; Fenugreek and Testosterone Explained.

Maca Root Extract

Maca won’t do much for your testosterone, but it’s pretty effective for increasing libido and sex drive. [6]

DIM (3,3,’-Diindolylmethane)

DIM is a compound found naturally in vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. It inhibits aromatase, the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. It’s a good ingredient for balancing testosterone-estrogen ratio.

However, in doses higher than 100mg, it produces the counter effect – converting your testosterone to female sex hormones. This can increase your belly size and cause ‘man boobs.’ [8]

RSP Prime T side effects aren’t currently known with this compound. It contains 100mg of DIM, which is extremely close to being too much.

Safed Musli Extract

An herb traditionally used in Indian medicine, Safed Musli is an aphrodisiac and adaptogen.

Some people also claim that this herb is a testosterone booster. However, there’s no scientific evidence to back this up.

Boron Citrate

Alongside Zinc and D-Aspartic Acid, this is my favorite ingredient in RSP Prime-T.

It is a potent testosterone regulator which works similarly to DIM; balancing the ratio between testosterone and estrogen.

However, it has no side effects in higher dosages like DIM. In fact, you need to take at least 10mg of boron daily to experience all of its goodness on testosterone.

Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract)

Although Bioperine doesn’t have any testosterone boosting properties, I’m glad to see this ingredient in RSP Prime-T.

Why, you ask?

Well, think of Bioperine as the opposite of magnesium stearate. Instead of hindering the bioavailability of other ingredients, Bioperine enhances it – making other testo boosters more powerful.

See my full review of Bioperine, and how it indirectly affects testosterone here; How Bioperine Works.

Side effects of RSP Prime-T

RSP Prime-T side effects is a hot topic right now.

While most users claim that it doesn’t give them any negative side effects, there are some who claim otherwise.

Science Behind RSP Prime-T Side Effects

We’ve taken a look at the research behind Prime-T’s ingredients, and most of them are safe.

However, there is one ingredient in RSP Prime-T which can cause side effects in men. It’s DIM.

You see, Prime-T contains 100mg of DIM. Which is just on the edge of being too much – causing estrogen production in males.

Modern studies show that higher doses of DIM cause increased estrogen production. Which in turn leads to side effects such as enlarged prostate, excess belly fat, and man boobs. [8]

While science still isn’t clear on whether 100mg of DIM is a safe dose, I suggest playing it safe if you’re anxious about side effects from this ingredient.

Conclusion to RSP Prime-T

prime-t-rsp-testosterone-booster-review. side effects dosage ingredients how to use Everything summed up, here’s my conclusion of the RSP Prime-T review;

This is a product with a wasted potential.

It has some great ingredients, such as boron, zinc, and D-Aspartic Acid. These are among the most effective natural testosterone enhancers out there.

However, here’s the problem with RSP Prime-T: it contains magnesium stearate, which is notorious for causing diarrhea and stomach cramps in some people.

What’s worse, RSP Prime-T offers only 1 daily serving. This is not enough to keep your testosterone levels elevated throughout the day. For such an effect, you need 3-4 servings every day.

Among all of this, Prime-T also contains a high dose of DIM – 100mg. This is right on the border or being too much, causing increased estrogen in men and leading to ‘man boobs.’  It’s clear Prime-T side effects are not to joke with.

With all of this in mind, I’d suggest checking for safe and reliable testosterone supplements before choosing RSP Prime-T.

TestroVax by Novex Biotech Review | Side Effects | Before and After Results |

TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster comes with a premium price tag of roughly $50 for 30 servings.

You’re probably asking yourself right now, “are the benefits of TestroVax worth its price tag?”

After testing the product ourselves, as well as researching the science behind the ingredients, we’ve found the answer!

Keep reading to find out about its benefits, side effects, customer reviews, and more!

Pros and Cons of TestroVax by Novex Biotech

PROS:

CONS:

  • Only 1 daily serving, not enough to maintain elevated testosterone levels throughout the day and night.
  • Contains a huge proprietary blend, you can’t tell the dosages of the ingredients inside.
  • Missing Vitamin D3, Oyster, Red Panax Ginseng, and other important T-boosters.
  • Uses a bunch of ingredients that are pointless in a testosterone booster (Resveratrol, Grape Extract, Licorice, Damiana…)

Benefits

Novex Biotech claims that TestroVax promotes;

  • Testosterone levels – increase the male hormone by stimulating your testes.
  • Libido – enhance your sex drive both directly, and indirectly through increased T-levels.
  • Strength and Energy Levels – A direct result of increased testosterone.

Let’s look at the servings and ingredients to determine the accuracy of these claims.

Dosage | How To Use

I’m sure you’ll be as surprised as I was after seeing the dosage of TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster.

The label states, you should take 3 capsules of the product before breakfast. And that’s it for the day.

While this might sound simple, taking a T-booster only once per day can only get you so far. Its effects will last for a couple of hours, and then what? You’re back to where you were – low testosterone and libido!

In order to reap the long-lasting benefits of a T-booster, you need to take 3-4 servings spread out throughout the day. Every day.

I know, I know… It’s a hassle. But if you want to have surging T-levels, you’ll need to roll up those sleeves and start taking testosterone enhancers that use optimal dosages.

Are You in a Rush? Biotech Testosterone Booster Might Help You Out

One common complaint people have when I tell them to take 3-4 daily servings of a testosterone booster, is that they’re too busy. Or that they don’t want to waste their time thinking about pills all day.

If that’s you, then TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster might help you out. Yes, it only has 1 daily serving, which is not enough for optimal results. But it’s definitely better than nothing.

Ingredients

Just take a look at the ingredient list of Biotech testosterone booster; it’s basically one huge proprietary blend.

What’s so bad about proprietary blends, you ask?

Well, these blends come in one single quantity, meaning you only see the combined dosage of all the ingredients inside. But you can’t see the dose of each individual ingredient in the blend.

This is bad. For all we know, most of the blend could be made up of ineffective ingredients that only drain your wallet. On the other hand, the ingredients that actually work might be underdosed.

Worse yet, you could be getting overdosed ingredients that could cause you negative side effects.

What’s Good About The Ingredients in This Product?

I’m sure you get it by now… proprietary blends are bad.

But it’s not all terrible with Testrovax Biotech testosterone booster. The product also contains some potent components, such as Fenugreek and D-Aspartic Acid.

These ingredients have a multitude of positive effects for males. According to studies, they stimulate your testes to produce more of the male hormone, in addition to boosting libido. [1, 2, 3]

I’ll be explaining some of these studies in more detail below – so be sure to keep reading.

Ingredient Breakdown

D-Aspartic Acid

D-AA is an amino acid. It’s one of the key players in testosterone boosting supplements.

Studies link it to an increase in T levels in men, along with a slight boost in Human Growth Hormone. Research also suggests that fenugreek has the ability to boost sperm quality, too! [2, 3, 4]

It’s definitely a great ingredient. Good job by Novex Biotech here!

(S)-2-Amino-5-guanidino pentanoic Acid HCL

This is just a fancy name for L-Arginine. It’s an amino acid which raises your blood nitric oxide levels. This leads to better pumps in the gym and improved blood flow.

Unfortunately, L-Arginine has a poor oral absorption rate, so there’s not much you can get when you take it in a capsule. So don’t expect your blood flow to improve much with this ingredient!

TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster could’ve featured more effective ingredients than L-Arginine. Such as Boron and Oyster Extract. Scientific evidence suggests that these two are among the most effective natural T-enhancers available. [5, 6]

Fenugreek

Now, fenugreek is a great ingredient choice by TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster.

It’s one of the best natural T-enhancing ingredients you’ll find, along with D-AA, vitamin D3, and Oyster. It works not only as a T-booster but also a libido enhancer. Meaning it will boost your sex drive.

A modern study testing the effects of Fenugreek on a group of college students showed how it effectively boosted their testosterone levels by suppressing aromatase, an enzyme that turns testosterone to estrogen (female hormone). [1]

The study lasted for 8 weeks. At the end of the study, the researchers concluded this: “500 mg of daily supplementation significantly affected percent body fat, total testosterone, and bioavailable testosterone compared with a placebo in a double-blind fashion.” – NCBI PubMed

So as you can see, fenugreek helps to not only boost testosterone but also increase strength and reduce body fat. What an ingredient!

However, here’s the bad news: we don’t know fenugreek’s dosage in TestroVax by Novex Biotech. In order for this ingredient to work, you need to take it at dosages between 500mg-1000mg, as you could see from the study above.

For all we know, there could be an amount lower than 500mg in TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster, which wouldn’t give you its full benefits.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a molecule that’s naturally occurring in grapes and vine. It’s falsely thought to increase lifespan; new studies suggest this isn’t the case.

This wouldn’t be a problem, if it actually had some benefits for testosterone. But it doesn’t have any.

In fact, resveratrol is not only pointless in a testosterone booster, it also reduces the anaerobic capacity in athletes.

I’ve personally noticed a reduction in strength and stamina after taking resveratrol. As a result, my workouts suffered.

So if you’re someone who exercises regularly, definitely avoid resveratrol.

Grape Extract Seeds and Skin

TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster has also included Grape Seed extract among its ingredients.

Grape seed extract helps you improve blood flow. It also indirectly reduces blood pressure. However, we have yet to see a study which links it to direct benefits in testosterone levels.

That said, there is one study showing that Grape Seed Extract was successful in blocking aromatase. However, we need more evidence to prove the results of this one study. [7]

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola Rosea is an adaptogenic herb. It helps you to manage stress. One study showed how Rhodiola is quite effective in reducing stress while improving energy levels. [8]

This would’ve been a good choice by TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster – if they had shown the dose.

You see, Rhodiola helps reduce cortisol, a hormone that negatively affects testosterone.

However, since it’s a part of a proprietary blend like the rest of the ingredients, it’s impossible to tell whether it’s effective or not; Rhodiola only works at dosages between 280mg-690mg.

Licorice

Ironically, Licorice contains an acid that’s shown to reduce testosterone levels.

A modern study found that men who consumed licorice for just one week had their testosterone reduced by 26%! [9] More on this study here; Licorice Consumption and Testosterone in Men.

This is clearly not the best of ingredient choices by Novex Biotech testosterone booster!

Red Clover

If you’re a woman, you may benefit from red clover; it’s shown to benefit females who are going through menopause. [10]

If you’re a man, bad news: this ingredient hasn’t shown to raise testosterone levels.

It’s really worrying to see so many useless ingredients in TestroVax’s proprietary blend.

There’s a high chance that ineffective ingredients such as red clover fill up most of the proprietary blend in Biotech testosterone booster.

This leaves very little room for the ingredients that actually work – making them ineffective.

Damiana Extract

While Damina has been touted as a potent Aphrodisiac for centuries, emerging research shows us that this isn’t the case.

In fact, Damiana holds no benefits related to testosterone or libido at all.

This is another weak ingredient in TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster.

Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha)

Withania Somnifera, or Ashwagandha is another adaptogenic herb in TestroVax. Similarly to Rhodiola, it helps you combat stress and cortisol, along with reducing fatigue. [11]

However, the optimal dose for Ashwagandha is 6g, spread throughout the day. Since TestroVax’s blend contains 2.7g worth of ingredients, it’s impossible that there’s enough Ashwagandha for it to be effective.

2-Aminoethanesulfonic acid

This ingredient, like many others in this product, shouldn’t be a part of a testosterone booster.

The only benefit that it offers is reducing muscle cramps. And that’s about it.

Schizonepeta Powder

This is a medicinal herb that shows promises in reducing inflammation in the body, which can help you against colds.

Sadly, there’s no study that links it to any testosterone benefits.

What Others Say About Biotech Testosterone Booster

TestroVax by Novex Biotech Testosterone Booster Review

When it comes customer reviews, it looks like Biotech testosterone booster doesn’t fare very well in that department either.

Most users haven’t noticed any testosterone or libido increase. Others say they experienced some slight energy boost 30-60 minutes after taking TestroVax. But that could be a placebo effect for all we know.

Let’s take a look at what the users had to say:

“I took this for the first 30 days. Libido not affected. Muscle increase minimal, (weight teeing 4x per week). I did have some increased energy without affecting sleep.” – D.Miller (Amazon Customer)

“A little energy boost, no considerable gain in any other regards.” – Josh (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects

While TestroVax isn’t known for producing side effects, it does contain a proprietary blend. Which is a concern.

Since you can’t tell the dosage of individual ingredients, some of them could be overdosed.

This could lead to you experiencing negative side effects. Especially if you’re sensitive to some of its ingredients.

Tips For Avoiding Side Effects

We know that Biotech testosterone booster uses three pills per serving, once per day.

So to avoid potential side effects, I suggest starting with one pill only.

Take one pill after a meal and see how you’ll react. If there’s no negative reaction, try taking two pills and then go from there.

Conclusion to TestroVax by Novex Biotech

The only good thing about TestroVax Biotech testosterone booster is that it contains D-Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek. These ingredients are proven to boost testosterone levels and libido.

However, since they are a part of a proprietary blend, there’s no way to tell if they will work. For all you know, they could be underdosed and ineffective – or the opposite.

Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide whether it’s worth gambling with a proprietary blend. If you like taking risks and aren’t tight on cash, then go ahead.

But if you want safe and effective testosterone enhancers, then think twice before choosing TestroVax by Novex Biotech.

NOW TestoJack 100 Review | Benefits | Ingredients | Side Effects |

NOW TestoJack 100 is a testosterone booster and libido enhancer. It contains LongJack extract, which is famous for its ability to raise male sex drive.

However, the product lacks a lot of important ingredients for testosterone, and it even contains some that come with negative side effects.

So all in all, is NOW TestoJack 100 worth the money? Let’s take a look at its benefits, side effects, and ingredients to find out!

Pros and Cons of NOW TestoJack 100

PROS:

  • Uses LongJack Extract which boosts libido.

CONS:

  • Contains a ZMA proprietary blend, you can’t tell the dosage of each individual ingredient.
  • Uses Tribulus which aggravates the prostate in some males.
  • Lack of key T-boosters, such as D-AA, D3, Fenugreek, and Red Panax Ginseng.

Benefits

TestoJack by NOW is a male testosterone formula with the following benefit;

“Supports Enhanced Energy and Healthy Testosterone Levels in A Normal Range.”

That’s quite an abstract description. We’ll need to look further into the product’s dosage and ingredients to determine its true benefits.

Dosage | How To Use

You’re instructed to take 2 capsules of NOW TestoJack 100 with food, once per day.

This isn’t an ideal way to dose a testosterone booster, mainly because it doesn’t offer you prolonged benefits.

With only 2 capsules and 1 serving, there’s not much you can get out of it. The reality is, you need 3-4 daily servings of a T-booster to keep your male hormone constantly topped up with beneficial ingredients.

With Now TestoJack 100, you’ll experience a short spike in testosterone, which will last a couple hours at most.

Unfortunately, in order to see any long-lasting benefits from testosterone boosters, you need to maintain your testosterone levels high at all times.

Ingredients

NOW TestoJack 100 contains a total of 6 ingredients.

In addition to the standard ZMA formula (Vitamin B6, Magnesium, and Zinc), we also have Tribulus Terrestris, Longjack Extract, and another ZMA combination, in a form of a proprietary blend.

The only ingredient that’s actually backed up by science here is Longjack Extract. It shows promise in raising libido. However, we don’t have enough evidence for it boosting testosterone yet.

While zinc, magnesium, and B6 are all great if you’re deficient in these vitamins and minerals, they can’t help you much without the aid of other important nutrients. Such as D3, D-Aspartic Acid, and Fenugreek.

At best, ZMA combination will improve your sleep quality – but don’t expect too much when it comes to raising testosterone levels.

Let’s take a closer look at the rest of the ingredients;

Ingredient Breakdown

ZMA Proprietary blend (Zinc, Magnesium, B6)

ZMA is always a good combo to see, but not as a part of a proprietary blend.

If you didn’t know, these blends hide the individual amount of each ingredient inside, only showing you their combined dosage.

It’s important to know the dosage of each ingredient, because that tells you how effective, and safe they are.

Tribulus Terrestris

Here comes the ugly Tribulus again. An herb long thought to possess great benefits for testosterone, but now it’s proven it has no benefits for the male hormone at all.

In fact, the only thing that Tribulus is good at is raising libido, but even that isn’t worth it since this ingredient also comes with a nasty side effect…

That side effect is an enlarged prostate.

That’s right, your prostate may get aggravated by taking Tribulus. So unless you’re willing to risk a visit to the doctor, avoid Tribulus at all costs.

LongJack (Eurycoma Longifolia Extract)

Okay, now LongJack is a great addition to any testosterone booster. While it may not be effective at raising the male hormone, it does increase libido – and it’s one of the best natural libido boosters out there.

It’s unfortunate that this nutrient isn’t accompanied by ingredients like Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, and Red Panax Ginseng.  Because that would really make a difference in your testosterone levels.

What Others Say

NOW TestoJack 100 Testosterone Booster Review

“From Nebraska, I’m 62 and into month 2 of taking these. I have 2 more month’s worth left, so I will finish them out, but I really have not been able to tell any difference.” – iHerb Customer

“seems to start working after 10 days of use … Taste like Vitamins … Lots of GAS … but … not having to get up 5 times a night.” – iHerb Customer

“Have not noticed any visible effect. Have taken it for 2 consecutive months 1 x 2 tablets a day.” – jgorzko (Bodybuilding.com Customer)

Side Effects

Since NOW TestoJack contains Tribulus, it might cause negative side effects in some men.

Also, there’s a risk with a ZMA proprietary blend, because high doses of zinc can cause numerous side effects. We don’t know the dosage of the zinc in this blend.

The potential side effects of NOW TestoJack 100:

  • Enlarged prostate
  • Nausea
  • Stomach Pain
  • Vomiting

Conclusion to NOW TestoJack 100

NOW TestoJack 100 is a disappointing product. The only ingredient that’s worth mentioning here is LongJack, which is great if you’re looking to boost libido.

Other than that, we have ZMA proprietary blend which hides its dosage from you, along Terrestris which is shown to be dangerous for your prostate.

If you’re serious about raising your testosterone, then you need to look for products that contain proven and safe ingredients. You can check our top 3 T-boosters right here.

Testo FX by AllMax Nutrition Review | Ingredients | Benefits | Side Effects |

Here we have Testo FX by AllMax Nutrition up for analysis! It’s a testosterone booster claimed to promote strength, libido, and male hormone.

Let’s check its ingredients, benefits, and potential side effects to see if it’s the product worth buying!

Pros and Cons of Testo FX by AllMax Nutrition

PROS:

  • Uses Fenugreek which is beneficial for your testosterone and libido.
  • Ashwagandha helps combat high cortisol levels.

CONS:

  • Uses high amounts of DIM (200mg). Studies have shown that DIM doses higher than 100mg cause your testosterone to turn into estrogen (female hormone).
  • Contains Tribulus which is notorious for its negative side effects (prostate enlargement being the worst).
  • Lack of real T-boosters, such as D-Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3, and Oyster.

Benefits

Testo FX by AllMax Nutrition claims to;

  • Boost testosterone levels
  • Reduce Estrogen
  • Improve libido

We’ve analyzed the product’s ingredients and servings to see if these claims were true.

See what we found below:

Dosage | How To Use

The label reads that you should take 3 capsules of Testo FX daily with 8 ounces of water upon waking up. You should cycle the product; after 8 weeks, you should take 2 weeks off.

The producers claim that this product has a 12-hour peak testosterone activity, meaning if you take it at 8 A.M., it will peak in the evening at around 8 P.M.

However, we’re not so sure about this claim, since there’s only one daily serving in this product. Consider this: when you take a T-booster only once per day, how long can you really expect for its benefits to last? Not that long!

Depending on your metabolism, the pills that you take from a testosterone booster are gone from your system in a matter of 5-6 hours – at most.

To keep your testosterone at peak levels all the time, you need to take 3-4 daily servings. This will ensure a constant trickle of ingredients that stimulate your testes 24/7.

So while Testo FX claims that it benefits last up to 12 hours, this isn’t really the case since it uses only 1 daily serving!

Ingredients

AllMax Nutrition’s Testo FX doesn’t hide any of its ingredients, which is great to see. There are no proprietary blends in the product. It’s always important to know what you put in your body.

At the top of the Testo FX’s ingredient profile is Fenugreek, one of the best natural ingredients for boosting testosterone.

Now, let’s check the rest of the ingredients to see if they are as good as Fenugreek!

Ingredient Breakdown

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a natural herb and its the best ingredient in Testo FX. Studies suggest that Fenugreek boosts libido and testosterone levels to some extent.

It’s usually consumed in Indian cuisine, but it’s better to supplement it since most of these dishes contain high amounts of fat and salt.

By orally supplementing Fenugreek, you experience all of its benefits without the dangers of unhealthy foods. It’s one of the best ingredients in a testosterone booster hands-down.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)

ALA is important for energy metabolism. It also serves as an acute antioxidant, meaning it’s good to supplement it before stressful activities. ALA is found in fruits, vegetables, and meats.

But here’s the bad news: Alpha Lipoic Acid works only at 300-600mg dosages. Since Testo FX contains only 200mg, it’s highly unlikely you’ll experience any benefits here.

Also, ALA provides no benefits for testosterone, so it’s a useless ingredient in a testosterone booster.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is yet another herb that’s been a part of Indian tradition for thousands of years. It’s an adaptogenic herb, meaning it reduces stress, anxiety, and improves libido to a slight extent.

However, don’t get all hyped up just yet – Ashwagandha isn’t shown to have any testosterone-boosting properties.

Ingredients like D-Aspartic Acid of Red Asian Panax Ginseng would be much more useful here, as they are proven testosterone boosters.

Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus raises its disgusting head again! It’s not your best ingredient in a testosterone booster. In fact, it’s one of the worst!

Tribulus Terrestris has long been touted as a miracle ingredient for boosting testosterone and libido. And while it can raise libido to a slight extent, studies show it has no benefits for your male hormone.

What’s worse, new research suggests that Tribulus enlarges the prostate of some men, which then leads to other health complications.

So unless you want to go to your urologist for a check-up, stay away from Tribulus!

DIM (Diindolylmethane)

DIM is found in cruciferous and dark leafy veggies, such as cauliflower, broccoli, and kale.

We can see why AllMax Nutrition have put it in Testo FX – it’ prevents the conversion of testosterone to the female hormone estrogen.

However, the problem with DIM is, if you take it in high enough amounts, it can ironically make your body convert testosterone to estrogen.

Studies show that DIM doses higher than 100mg can cause this side effect – Testo FX contains 200mg!

We suggest staying away from this ingredient in Testo FX. Its dose is too high and can cause more harm than good!

Eurycoma Longifolia Jack

Also known as LongJack Extract, Eurycoma Longifolia Jack is a decent libido booster.

However, it has no benefits for testosterone.

Honestly, there are much better options for boosting testosterone out there, so we’re not sure why AllMax Nutrition have put this ingredient in Testo FX.

Instead, they should have used ingredients such as Oyster Extract, which is rich in minerals and vitamins your body needs to produce testosterone.

Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto is thought to benefit your testosterone levels by stimulating testes to produce the male hormone. At the same time, it’s supposed to suppress prostate growth.

Unfortunately, there are no studies that currently support this. Which makes Saw Palmetto an unreliable ingredient in a testosterone booster!

Saw Palmetto is also shown to cause side effects like diarrhea, nausea, and stomach problems in sensitive people.

Myo-Inositol

Myo-Inositol is a great ingredient if you’re a woman. It’s a small molecule that improves fertility in women.

If you’re a man, bad news – studies show it doesn’t have any benefits on your testosterone levels.

Also, this ingredient is severely underdosed in Testo FX – containing only 50 mg. In comparison, you need at least 100mg to experience any fertility benefits from this product.

Giant Knotweed

Giant Knotweed, aka Japanese Knotweed, is a cheap source of Resveratrol, which is a molecule found in grapes and red wine.

It’s shown to benefit the cardiovascular system, reduce inflammation, and even improve stamina. However, it holds no benefits related to testosterone.

Black Pepper Extract

When you think of black pepper, what’s the first image that pops into your mind? Chances are, your answer was food seasoning – and you weren’t wrong!

However, many people don’t know that black pepper also increases the bioavailability of other ingredients in the body.

In other words, black pepper extract can enhance the overall effectiveness of Testo FX.

Unfortunately, this also means it can potentiate some of the negative side effects of ingredients such as Tribulus Terrestris.

What Others Say

Testo FX by AllMax Nutrition testosterone booster review

“I could really do without the burning feeling in my stomach. Fix that problem and you’ll have a great product.” – CJB (Amazon Customer)

“It needs to be supplemented with stronger Tribulus Terristis and/or Eurycoma Longifolia to really be effective for increasing Libido. It may be fine for weightlifting and building strong muscles but, if you need a boost in Libido, you will definitely need to supplement it with another Herbal Supplement. D-Aspartic Acid works better.” – Smilin’ Jack(Amazon Customer)

“I have used this product for 2 months I can’t exactly say that it gives me a test boost. How do I tell at 60 years old. I bought it generally to add to my vitamin regimen. One thing it does do is upset my stomach.” – J.C.P. (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects

  • Upset stomach
  • Burning sensation in the gut
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Enlarged Prostate

Conclusion to Testo FX by AllMax Nutrition

The only good thing about Testo FX is that it contains Fenugreek, which is a great natural testosterone-boosting herb. Ashwagandha is also beneficial for reducing anxiety and stress, but it has no direct impact on your testosterone levels.

Unfortunately, the rest of Testo FX’s ingredient profile is terrible. Not only does it contain ineffective ingredients like Alpha Lipoic Acid, it also uses herbs that are outright dangerous for your health! Yes, we’re talking about Tribulus Terrestris – it causes prostate enlargement in some men.

Also, some of the ingredients could’ve actually given you some benefits, but they are severely underdosed. These include Myo-Inositol and ALA.

We suggest checking testosterone boosters that use clinically proven and safe ingredients, such as D-AA, Oyster Extract, and Red Panax Ginseng. These are all proven to boost your testosterone levels – safely, and effectively!

Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid Review | Benefits | Ingredients | Side Effects |

The sad truth about testosterone is that it drops as we age, beginning somewhere around the age of 30. If you pair that with unhealthy lifestyle choices such as drinking alcohol, sitting at a desk, and eating junk food, you’ve got yourself a recipe for testosterone disaster – among other health issues.

But there’s a way out. Testosterone boosters, such as Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid, promise to raise your testosterone levels, strength, and libido. It’s obvious that these benefits then lead to improvements in overall health, making your healthier and happier person.

In this review, we’re taking a look at Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid’s benefits, ingredients, and potential side effects to see if this product is what you need.

Containing only one ingredient, there’s a lot that Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid has to prove!

Let’s take a look…

Pros and Cons of Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid

PROS:

  • D-Aspartic Acid is shown to raise testosterone levels in healthy adult males.

CONS:

  • D-Aspartic Acid alone isn’t enough for optimal results, you need a combination of estrogen blockers with T-boosters to reduce the chance of elevated female hormone.
  • Incomplete ingredient profile, missing Vitamin D3, Fenugreek, Zinc, and other important ingredients that work together to boost your testosterone.
  • Since the product doesn’t contain any aromatase inhibitors, there’s a chance for negative side effects to occur – including prostate problems and man boobs.

Benefits

Key benefits that Gnomyx D-Aspartic Acid offers;

  • Improved testosterone and strength
  • Increased energy levels, stamina, and endurance

Now, let’s look at the servings and ingredients to determine if these benefits are real!

Dosage | How To Use

Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid uses an interesting way of dosing the supplement. Instead of taking tablets or capsules, you take this supplement with a scoop.

One serving, aka one scoop, contains 3.12 grams of D-Aspartic Acid. That’s what you should take every day. However, our suggestion would be to spread this huge dose into several smaller ones throughout the day – this will give you a constant trickle of the nutrient, instead of one big spike.

Is D-AA safe to take long-term?

There are currently no long-term studies that have been done on D-Aspartic Acid. As a result, it’s advised to supplement this product for 4-12 weeks, after which you should take a break.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that D-Aspartic Acid is dangerous per se, we just don’t know what happens when you take dosages over 3,000 of D-AA a day in the long run. Usually, D-AA is a harmless ingredient and works great, but when you take them in high dosages that Genomyx uses, it could become a risk.

That’s why the best testosterone boosters use safe and effective dosages of D-Aspartic Acid, between 2,000-2,500mg of D-AA. Studies have shown that this is the perfect dosage for long-term supplementation and results. Meaning, you can take it as long as you want and you’ll be perfectly fine.

But dosages that Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid uses are a little overboard, which may or may not cause any side effects in users. That’s why it’s recommended to take a break from this supplement every 4-12 weeks. Better be safe than sorry!

Ingredients

There’s just one ingredient in Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid – D-Aspartic Acid. While this is a great ingredient in any testosterone booster, it can’t do much alone.

There’s a reason why best testosterone boosters use a combination of ingredients that work together to boost your testosterone. They work synergistically, helping you each in their own way.

For example, D-Aspartic Acid has been shown to boost testosterone in one human study, after just 12 days of supplementation. However, with the rise of free testosterone also comes the risk of increased estrogen. This can lead to a number of side effects, from man boobs to prostate aggravation.

For this reason, you need estrogen blockers, or aromatase inhibitors to help you deal with this issue. One of these ingredients is Oyster Extract – it helps block the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

You also need certain vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin B6, magnesium, and zinc. These all play a key role in testosterone regulation, as well as the production.

So hopefully now you realize the importance of having multiple ingredients in a testosterone booster. Unfortunately, hoping that there is one magical ingredient that will solve all of your problems is just wishful thinking.

So again, while D-Aspartic Acid is great, it needs help from other ingredients. It can’t do much alone. As a result, Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid’s effectiveness is brought under a serious question.

Side Effects

Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid’s main benefit is raising testosterone. However, as we’ve already mentioned, you also need aromatase inhibitors because with the rise of testosterone, also comes the risk of increasing estrogen.

For this reason, Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid can cause;

  • Man boobs
  • Prostate inflammation

Conclusion to Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid

Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid contains only one ingredient, D-Aspartic Acid. While this ingredient is shown to boost testosterone levels, it isn’t enough to cause any significant change alone.

Again, you need a combination of ingredients to raise your testosterone levels, while ensuring that your estrogen stays under control. These ingredients include vitamin D3, zinc, oyster extract, and Fenugreek.

Ultimately, Genomyx D-Aspartic Acid brings more potential harm than good, and for this reason, we’d suggest checking better options before choosing this product.

Twinlab ZMA Fuel Review | Side Effects | Ingredients | Benefits

From Twinlab comes ZMA Fuel, a ZMA formula which claims to elevate your hormone levels and promote strength in your workouts.

We couldn’t help but wonder, since when ZMA formulas do directly boost testosterone levels? Studies have shown us that you need a mix of various ingredients and nutrients if you want to naturally raise your testosterone levels.

These include Vitamin D3, Fenugreek, and D-Aspartic Acid – all of which Twinlab ZMA Fuel is missing. With only 3 main ingredients, Twinlab ZMA Fuel’s claims come under a serious question.

But there’s only one way to ascertain if the claims are true; by checking the ingredients, side effects, and benefits listed by the users!

See for yourself:

Pros and Cons of Twinlab ZMA Fuel

PROS:

  • Contains bioavailable forms of zinc and magnesium, meaning they will be optimally absorbed in your body.
  • Vitamin B6 can aid in recovery and sleep improvement in people who are deficient in this vitamin.

CONS:

  • Contains an aggressive dose of zinc – 30 mg, some users have reported negative side effects from this dosage.
  • Incomplete ingredient profile for boosting testosterone – missing vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, and Fenugreek, among other crucial ingredients.

Benefits

Twinlab claims that ZMA Fuel will enhance your hormone levels, promote hormone production, and increase your strength as a result.

Are these claims correct? We’ll know once we look at the servings and the ingredients in the product!

Dosage | How To Use

You should take 3 capsules of Twinlab ZMA Fuel daily if you’re a man, and 2 if you’re a woman. Aim at taking the pills on an empty stomach, ideally before bed with a glass of water.

Since there are no instructions saying how many pills you should take at once, we’re going to presume you can take whatever amount you want, as long as it doesn’t exceed 3 capsules per day.

In this case, we recommend splitting the dosage into 3 daily servings. Meaning, you take 1 capsule in the morning, 1 during lunch, and 1 before bed.

And why is that, you ask?

Well, if you think about it, how long can one daily serving of a testosterone booster stay in your system? Not very long!

That’s why you want to have as many servings as possible – ideally 4. That’s what the best testosterone booster on the market use.

So even if we split the 3 capsules from Twinlab ZMA Fuel, it’s still not the optimal amount. But hey, we’ll give credit where credit is due – it’s still much better than what most testosterone boosters offer!

Ingredients

Among the ingredients in Twinlab ZMA Fuel, we have the standard ZMA formula consisting of Vitamin B6, Magnesium, and Zinc. Along with a small amount of protein (1g).

This is a standard combo in most ZMA formulas, so there’s not much to say about it here – other than it works.

It’s great for improving your sleep and recovery, which can indirectly affect your testosterone levels. However, it’s not the most potent natural formula for boosting testosterone on the market – so don’t expect miracles from it.

As we see it, Twinlab has created ZMA Fuel for customers who want a slight improvement in their sleep, along with enhanced muscle recovery.

But if you’re looking to directly boost your testosterone, you’re going to need more ingredients for it to work. We’re talking D-Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3, Fenugreek, and Oyster Extract. These are the key ingredients which, when taken in optimal doses, take your testosterone to the next level – literally.

Let’s have a closer look at each ingredient below…

Ingredient Breakdown

  • Vitamin B6 – This is a standard addition to any ZMA formula. Vitamin B6 plays a key role in numerous bodily functions, among which are testosterone production and regulation. But the bad news is, it doesn’t work in people who aren’t deficient in it. So unless you’re a hardcore vegan or an older person, there’s not much you can get out of this ingredient.
  • Magnesium – This is a mineral important for muscle, nerve, and heart health. If you don’t consume enough of magnesium through food, supplementation is a must. Magnesium deficiency has been linked to low testosterone, among other health problems.
  • Zinc – Zinc in Twinlab ZMA Fuel comes in a great form, which is zinc aspartate and monomethionine. These are very bioavailable forms of zinc, meaning they are optimally absorbed by your body. However, ZMA Fuel contains 30mg of zinc, which is 200% of the recommended daily allowance. This is an aggressive dose which could cause negative side effects in some people.

What Others Say

Twinlab ZMA Fuel Testosterone Booster Review

“I took this for 2 weeks. I cannot attest to whether it helped me fall asleep easier. The one thing, for me, that I did notice with consistency is that I woke up each morning feeling very groggy and what I assumed “drugged” may feel like. I read other reviews and found a few others indicating the same thing. However, there are numerous positive reviews so it’s up to you to do your due diligence. I have not taken the pills in 2 days and my morning “wake-up” routine is back to normal. I am going to take 2 wks off and then try taking the pills once again and will add to this review should I notice any different outcome.” – Texas (Amazon Customer)

“Great product but don’t forget to cycle off it from time to time. Chronic use can affect copper levels if stacked with multivitamins.” – Shawn Michael (Amazon Customer)

“Honestly I haven’t noticed much in terms of effects, positive or negative. Still, it’s relatively cheap so I’ll probably continue to take it.” – RdStrcklnd (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects

As we’ve already mentioned in the ingredients section, Twinlab ZMA Fuel contains a high dose of zinc (30mg). Zinc doses higher than 10mg have been linked with the following side effects;

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Stomach Pain
  • Restlessness
  • Headaches

Conclusion to Twinlab ZMA Fuel

Twinlab ZMA Fuel can be a great product for some, and terrible for others. It all depends on what your goals are.

If you’re looking to improve your sleep and recovery from workouts, then ZMA combo is a way to go. It’s relatively cheap and it does its job – giving you a slightly better sleep than usual.

But if you’re looking for a safe and effective testosterone booster, then this is where Twinlab ZMA Fuel will disappoint you.

With only 3 main ingredients, it’s missing key nutrients that will help you raise your T-levels – including Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, and Fenugreek. It also uses a high dose of zinc which makes this product far from safe for some users.

Z-Force by Dymatize Review | Side Effects | Ingredients | Results

Here’s our review on Z-Force by Dymatize. In order to determine this product’s value and effectiveness, we’ve gone over its ingredients, servings, dosage, and side effects.

This will give us a full picture of how this product works, and if it’s safe for long-term use.

So without further delay, let’s jump straight into the review!

Pros and Cons of Z-Force by Dymatize

PROS:

  • Uses zinc and magnesium which are important for testosterone production
  • Vitamin C and E are great natural antioxidants
  • Cheap price, $0.35 per serving (about $12 for the entire bottle)

CONS:

  • Incomplete ingredient profile (Missing the most important Vitamin D3, and also D-Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek)
  • Uses high doses of zinc which can interfere with digestion and can lead to extreme stomach pain and diarrhea
  • Z-Force’s label reads that you should take it on an empty stomach, but the product contains fat-soluble vitamins which need to be taken with food in order to work.
  • Only 1 serving per day, not enough for sustained benefits

Benefits

Claimed benefits for Z-Force by Dymatize:

  • Anabolic and Antioxidant Support
  • Increases Testosterone
  • Promotes Muscle Strength

Let’s check out the dosage and ingredients of the product to see if they justify these claims.

Dosage | How To Use

Z-Force by Dymatize uses 1 serving of 3 capsules per day. Ideally, you should take 3 capsules of this supplement before going to bed.

If you’re a woman, then take 2 capsules while applying the same rules from the above.

However, although the instructions read that you should take this product on an empty stomach, we have to say this isn’t the smartest idea.

This is primarily due to zinc that’s in the supplement. Which can cause a lot of stomach pain and upset if you take it on an empty stomach.

We’ll touch upon this later. For now, let’s cover the other issue we have with Z-Force’s dosage, and it’s the number of daily servings.

Are The Servings Optimal in Z-Force by Dymatize?

With only 1 serving per day, you can’t get sustained benefits from Z-Force. No matter how many pills you take, if you take them all at once, they will stay in your system for only a few hours.

This is a problem, especially because you want your testosterone levels to stay elevated at all times. There’s no long-term benefit in having testosterone raised for a couple of hours and then having it back to baseline. If that’s what you’re looking for, then there are much cheaper and more effective ways to do it; intense exercise being one of them.

If you’re looking for long and sustained results, then you want testosterone boosters that have 3-4 servings per day. When you take several servings spread throughout the day, you will keep your testosterone high at all times.

Ingredients

Z-Force by Dymatize is basically a multivitamin and mineral formula; it has 5 ingredients in total, and all of them are either vitamins or minerals.

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However, you want a combination of vitamins, minerals, and natural herbs to optimally increase testosterone and anabolic activity in your body.

There’s also Vitamin D3 missing from this product. If you haven’t already heard, Vitamin D3 is basically a hormone, which is crucial for the production of testosterone in the body.

Ultimately, this product hasn’t just failed in its serving frequency, it also uses an incomplete profile. This makes it really hard to justify its claimed benefits.

Ingredient Breakdown

  • Vitamin C – this is a powerful natural antioxidant and has a role in testosterone production. However, since we already get plenty of Vitamin C from various food sources, it’s almost impossible to be deficient in it, and thus receive any benefits.
  • Vitamin E – Another powerful antioxidant, but unlike Vitamin C, Vitamin E is fat-soluble, which means you have to take it with a meal to work. Since the instructions of Z-Force read that you should take it on an empty stomach, this makes no sense as you need a fat source for some of its ingredients to work. Really poor job by Dymatize here.
  • Vitamin B6 – Fortunately, Vitamin B6 is water soluble, which means it won’t be wasted like other ingredients in this product, when you take them with water. In terms of the benefits that this vitamin offers, they include cognitive function improvements and also a boost in testosterone production. However, you need to be deficient in this vitamin in order for it to work. However, the only groups of people who are at risk from B6 deficiency are elderly and vegans.
  • Magnesium – Not a lot to say here, magnesium is a crucial mineral in our body, and if you’re deficient in it, it can show on your testosterone levels. This is a great ingredient choice by Dymatize.
  • Zinc – Another key mineral for testosterone production. Zinc is also important for your immune function and antioxidant activity in the body, among numerous other functions. But while it’s a great addition in Z-Force, it comes in a risky high dose, 30mg. This is 200% of RDA for zinc, which can cause terrible stomach pains and diarrhea, among other side effects.

What Others Say

Z-Force Dymatize Testosterone Booster Review

“This product is sketchy. I say this for a few reasons. I know a few other reviews said a pill or something broke open on the inside which is poor on the companies part. Also, weird plastic wrapper crunched up on the inside. This isn’t the industry standard like using cotton. It makes me feel uneasy to take this because I feel like someone is selling bunk products. Hopefully, Amazon can contact the source of this product and work it out. Because I know dymatize puts out a better product than this.” – Amazon Customer

“I definitely have more vivid dreams, so the ZMA is in there. After more research and personal trials, I don’t think this has much more to offer, especially in the higher test arena. Save your money unless you’re just looking for more lucid dreams, or you’re vegetarian and deficient in zinc and mag.” – BeantownDutch (Amazon Customer)

“It’s hard to say about workout supplements as to exactly how well they work without lab testing. I’ve been told these help build muscle, etc. Do they? I don’t know since I don’t take things like this alone. I always use several different ones together, so maybe yes, maybe no. It depends on how I have to spend more time on this stuff as to whether I get this.” – DonDallas (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects

Z-Force by Dymatize uses a high dose of zinc, which can cause negative side effects in some people. These include;

  • Stomach upset and pain
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Restlessness

You don’t want to take more than 10mg of zinc all at once; Z-Force has three times that amount.

Conclusion to Z-Force by Dymatize

Z-Force by Dymatize is by no means a bad supplement, you just need to realize that you can’t expect too much from it.

This product is a basic ZMA formula, with an addition of Vitamin C and E. While this is good for improving your sleep and perhaps even general health, it’s not optimal for boosting testosterone.

If you want your male hormone elevated, then you need a combination of Vitamin D3, B6, D-Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek at the right doses in order to notice benefits.

Z-Force comes at a fairly low price though, so there’s not much to lose.  You can get some decent benefits like improved sleep and recovery from workouts.

But if you’re looking for more serious results, then we suggest checking other options.

Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition Review | Side Effects | Ingredients | How to Use

Today we’re reviewing Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition, a mighty testosterone booster, and all-around general health formula.

That’s right, it’s a supplement that not only raises your manly hormone. It also improves your libido, strength, and even kidney and liver function!

So with all of these promised benefits, we had no other choice than to review this supplement ourselves and see if it lives up to the hype.

In this complete and exclusive review, we explain Super Test’s results, ingredients, side effects, and how to use the product.

See it for yourself:

Pros and Cons of Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition

PROS:

  • Uses Ashwagandha and Rhodiola which help reduce cortisol.
  • Stinging Nettle Root is beneficial for libido and testosterone production.

CONS:

  • Uses a proprietary blend which masks the dosage of each ingredient inside.
  • Lack of real T-boosters, such as Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid.
  • You should cycle the supplement on and off every 8 weeks, which prevents you from achieving results in the long run.

Benefits

Beast Sports Nutrition Super Test promises a wide range of benefits, some of them are;

  • Professional Strength Support
  • Testosterone Boost
  • Improved Sexual Health
  • Enhanced Liver and Kidney Function

By looking at these benefits, it’s clear that this isn’t just a testosterone booster – but also a general health supplement.

However, these types of supplements tend to sacrifice their quality for quantity. Meaning, they put many ingredients that have their unique benefits, but each ingredient is severely underdosed. Think of these supplements as “Jack of all trades, master of none.”

We’ll soon find out if that’s the case with Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition.

Dosage | How To Use

Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition should be taken twice per day; 3-4 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning, and 3-4 capsules before your evening meal.

After 8 weeks of continual use, you should take at least a 4-week break from Super Test, according to their producers. We’re not sure why this is the case; perhaps it contains some aggressive ingredients?

We’ll soon find out!

Ingredients

When looking at Super Test’s ingredient list, you can see right away there are some positives and some negatives to it.

Let’s tackle the positives first; we have Fenugreek and Stinging Nettle Root, which help support your testosterone and libido levels. We also have Ashwagandha which helps combat cortisol, an arch-enemy of testosterone.

As for the negatives, this product contains a proprietary blend, which is never a good thing to see. Basically, proprietary blends are a mix of ingredients that only show you their combined quantity/dosage. This isn’t good, because you can’t see the dosage of each individual ingredient in the product.

This means, this product can have an underdosed ingredient and you won’t even know it. Worse yet, some ingredients could use too high doses, and if you’re sensitive, they can wreak havoc in your body.

Proprietary blends scream ‘insecurity.’ If the producers were confident in their ingredients, they would clearly show their dosages for you to see.

But since Super Test uses a proprietary blend, there’s obviously something in the product that they’re trying to hide.

Ingredient Breakdown

Pro-Testosterone Support Factors

This is the first blend of ingredients. Fortunately, it’s not a proprietary blend, so we can see all of the ingredients and their individual doses.

In the blend, we have;

Fenugreek Extract

Fenugreek is the best ingredient in Super Test. It helps support your hormone levels and it also slightly boosts libido.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb which helps your body combat stress.

If you may or may not already know, your body produces cortisol when under stress. Although cortisol is beneficial to us in healthy amounts, too much of it can do a lot more harm than good in your body.

One of the worst things cortisol does is it destroys muscle tissue and also lowers your testosterone levels. So by lowering cortisol, Ashwagandha indirectly helps you preserve some of your testosterone.

Male Support Complex

Beware, here comes the proprietary blend! We’re sad to say this, but everything that’s good about this product stops here. You can’t see the ingredients’ dosage, which means it’s impossible to tell how effective they are.

To save you time and not to bore you to death, we’ll only mention the most important ingredients in this blend.

Let’s have a look:

Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus is a plant that’s been used for thousands of years in Indian medicine. It’s long thought to possess magical powers when it comes to boosting testosterone, libido, and sex drive.

However, while it might slightly boost libido, Tribulus has no effects on your testosterone at all. What’s worse, studies reveal that this plant can potentially cause your prostate to grow in size.

So unless you’re looking for some prostate aggravation, avoid Tribulus at all costs.

Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract

Rhodiola Rosea is another powerful adaptogen, just like Ashwagandha. It works at reducing cortisol, inflammation, and also improves strength in your workouts.

However, in order for Rhodiola to be effective, you’d need to take around 288-680mg of it every day. This means, the half of this blend would need to be filled with Rhodiola for it to have any effect on you.

Since this blend contains so many ingredients, it’s highly unlikely that Rhodiola takes up half of the blend. Which means it’s very unlikely it’ll have any effect on you.

Cissus Quadrangularis

Cissus is an ancient medicine that helps with joint and bone health. It’s great if you’re an athlete and lift heavy in the gym, but otherwise, it has not much use in a testosterone booster.

And since it’s a part of a proprietary blend (who would’ve guessed?!), it also means that we can’t see its dosage or how effective it will be at doing its job.

Nitric Oxide Factor

Agmatine Sulfate (as AGmass™)

Agmatine Sulfate is basically a metabolite of L-Arginine. It’s supposed to improve your nitric oxide levels, delivering you better muscle pumps.

However, the oral bioavailability of L-Arginine and its metabolites is poor, meaning it will have very little effect on you.

Not to mention this has nothing to do with boosting low testosterone.

Anti-Estrogen Factors

Polygonum Cuspidatum (Japanese Knotweed)

Japanese Knotweed is a strange addition to a testosterone booster. Some people think it can lower estrogen levels, however, studies disprove this claim.

The only benefit of this herb is that it has the potential to reduce inflammation in the body. Again, nothing to do with a testosterone booster.

White Button Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)

White Button Mushrooms are the most commonly eaten mushrooms in the United States and Europe.

They’re good for heart health and even your immune system, but that’s about as good as they get.

If you were looking for a boost in testosterone, these mushrooms will disappoint you!

Liver & Kidney Factors

This blend contains Milk Thistle and Cranberry extract.

These ingredients have shown to aid liver function, especially in alcoholics and people with a damaged liver.

However, there’s no need for such ingredients in a testosterone booster, since best T-boosters contain safe and natural ingredients that pose no harm to your liver, kidneys, or any other organ.

Anti-DHT Factors

There’s only one ingredient in this blend that’s worth mentioning, and that’s Stinging Nettle Root.

This is a decent ingredient for raising your testosterone levels, and it also helps reduce inflammation in the body.

What Others Say

Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition Testosterone Booster Review

“Beast Super Test. It looked great in the reviews I read, and watched, but after I tried it for myself I can say I was disappointed. Don’t get me wrong it still worked a little and I stand by Beast in that they are a great company, but this just is not my favorite. I didn’t see much of what it promised and the test gains were minimal. Also, the pills are giant and you have to take 3-4 2x a day.” – texasfighter (Bodybuilding.com Customer)

“Seem to be effective I’ve only been using it for a few days now. So we will have to see the longterm benefit is.” – Reckenball (Bodybuilding.com Customer)

“Had high hopes as Beast is a great brand, however didn’t quite provide me with what I expected. Did work slightly though.” – WhosJoeMama (Bodybuilding.com Customer)

Side Effects

There are no reported side effects from using Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition.

Although it uses aggressive dosage methods, it looks like the product is completely safe for you to take!

However, don’t forget to take 4-week breaks after every 2 months of using this supplement – otherwise, you could be the first person to report side effects from it!

Conclusion to Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition

Super Test by Beast Sports Nutrition is one of those products that promises a wide array of benefits, but doesn’t deliver fully on any of those.

It claims to boost your strength, libido, and testosterone. Along with boosting your kidney, liver, and overall health function.

However, it uses incomplete profile, one that contains a proprietary blend which hides the dosage of its ingredients.

It also has an aggressive dosage frequency, where you have to take 2-3 huge pills, 2 times per day. It would be much better if you’d take 1 pill, 3-4 times per day for example.

While the product does have ingredients like Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, and Stinging Nettle Root, it simply has too many downsides, making it unable to compete with the best testosterone boosters on the market.
