Welcome to MaleTestosteroneBooster – a place to learn about fitness, men’s health topics, supplements, and ways to improve your performance.
Are you suffering from the following?
Lack of motivation – Feeling low in motivation to get out of bed in the morning, struggling to stand your ground in an argument, feeling like hiding away from the world are all common signs of depression, which is a direct link to low testosterone in men.
Poor quality sleep – Zinc and magnesium, when depleted in the body can wreak havoc on a man’s reproductive system and testosterone production. Not only that, these two essential minerals are also responsible for a good nights sleep.
Weak libido – Not feeling like your youthful self? I know how this feels, and it’s embarrassing, to say the least. A weak libido is a cause of low testosterone in men.
Insecurity – Many external issues can cause insecurities in us all, from money, our positions in society and how we feel about our physical well-being. One way to combat low levels of self-esteem is by increasing one’s health and vitality, for men, having healthy levels of testosterone could be the link to a happier life.
Skinny fat? – Do you struggle to gain muscle, are you always a little fat around the mid-section? Studies show that fat around a man’s stomach is a direct link to causing an increase in estrogen levels and thus, a decrease in testosterone. Being overweight has a serious impact on our testosterone production.
Decreased fertility – Last but not least, have you been diagnosed with poor sperm count and quality by your health professional? Infertility is growing among young men throughout the world, this is due to our diets changing, working longer hours, being more inactive and pollution from transport affecting the health of our bodies. All of these changes are causing a decrease in health, and thus testosterone production.
Why Is Testosterone So Important?
A Decline in Testosterone Globally
Did you know that male fertility is beginning to drop more than ever? A man’s testosterone levels in the past were in the 90% range, where now, men have much lower levels of testosterone at roughly 45%.
In simple terms, we’re slowly becoming women i.e. lowered testosterone and increased estrogen.
Stress, busy lifestyles, pesticides in our foods, a poor diet and lack of physical activity are all contributors to men losing their testosterone.
Thomas Travison, PhD, of the New England Research published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, said:
“The interesting thing we discovered was that, on average, when we measured the testosterone in the blood of a 60-year-old in 1989 it was higher than that in a different 60-year-old measured in 1995,”
“We observed the same phenomenon over a wide range of ages.”
Even though men naturally lose some testosterone as we age, the main causes of aggravated lowered testosterone are from external sources, such as:
Diabetes, abdominal obesity, sexual dysfunction, depression, and other adverse conditions all contribute to low levels of testosterone.
Will Testosterone Ingredients Work For You?
[alert type=”info” icon-size=”hide-icon”]
The short answer is this, yes and no. Okay, that’s not what you wanted to hear but I’ll tell you why!
Some of you, testosterone ingredients are going to work great! You might just need a little extra kick to get things started back to the road of health and well-being.
While others may need a closer look at their diet to start with. By fixing your diet, and exercising regularly to balance your blood sugar, lose body fat and increase healthy omega 3 fats in your diet, you can see great results by just doing this alone.
We’re all different in terms of our health, goals and current lifestyle, so we need to take into account that some ingredients could work better than others for some of us.
If you make improvements in your lifestyle by reducing sugar consumption, stress, while adding in daily activity, you could be well on your way to improving your testosterone levels.
By supplementing the right way, you’ll further increase your ability to create more testosterone back to optimal and beyond – just like I did.
